In all fairness, it does taste fine if you like the taste of sports drinks (like Gatorade) which I don't. I found the taste to be too artificial and was just not a fan. I'll stick to the original! -

I LOVE this conditioner! While my hair is pretty average, I just find a lot of normal conditioners don't do much of anything. I tried this years ago when I used to swim- a friend always had it in the locker room- and loved it. After searching for it for months, came to find it's not sold in Canada- why?! While I don't love that I have to beg friends to pick it up for me while they're in the States, it's totally worth it as it's so inexpensive, but works so well. Oh, and the tropical scent is pretty amazing too! -

When I first read the product description- a powder that can be used as both a primer and setting powder- I didn't think it would be right for my skin type- at least for use as a primer. You see, I have skin that tends to be on the drier side, so my skin prep pre-foundation is all about hydration. That said, I just didn't think a powder would be the best option. Buuut, after trying this, I was pretty impressed! I won't be able to use it when my skin is in it's driest state, but on normal skin days, this works well to prep skin for makeup as it does smooth skin an blur the look of pores. It can also be used to set foundation, and also blurs the appearance of pores and imperfections while setting makeup and giving a soft, semi-matte finish that is quite natural. I really love the product, as it's finely milled and reminds me quite a lot of other translucent powders that sell for a lot more.

So, I love mascara, and as such try A LOT of it, and I have to say it has been a while since I've tired a mascara I loved right from the first use. This mascara has the perfect consistency right from the get-go, as it's not too wet and doesn't need any time to 'mature'. I loved that this gave not only instant volume, but also great definition and length. I found that this held a curl quite well and wore all day without flaking or smudging. The brush is a traditional wire brush, it's not too large, but big enough to coat lashes easily and manages to get little lashes too. Removal is easy as well- a plus! Overall, I totally love this mascara and will be replacing it when this one when it's done!

I don't think Lacquer is quite the right name for this, but I do really like it! When I think lacquer, I think glossy, high shine, and while this does have some shine it's not super glossy. The product has a creamy texture that is more like a liquid lipstick than a gloss, and is very pigmented and gives lips a bold, saturated colour. As mentioned, there is some shine, but it does wear away and lips become more matte with wear. I love that the shade also stains lips, which means you don't have to worry as much as it wears away, and also lets you wear the shade in various levels for more or less intensity. I am quite excited to spot these in stores so I can pick up a few more shades- I definitely need an everyday type pink or nude! -

I always have dry feet- tmi? But I do, so I am always up for a new foot cream. While I love most everything from Soap & Glory, I'm just not the biggest fan of this. It smells great, and absorbs quickly, but the product is fairly light-weight and not as moisturizing as I'd like. That said, if you're not looking for an intensive foot cream, this is worth trying. -

So, these were okay. They tasted pretty good- the Sweet and Salty were my favourite of the two- but I just didn't love the texture. They were crunchy(good) but also kind of chewy(not so good) and just weren't for me. They are kind of like a cross between mini rice cakes and popped chips but thicker and as mentioned the texture thing. They seem to be a little steep in the price department, so I really can't see myself buying these or recommending these to anyone.

This fall collection has some really gorgeous shades, although I will admit that for an avid nail polish collector the shades aren't the most unique. I picked up six shades, my favourites being:
- Haven't the Foggiest- a metallic silver foil which I love because OPI has a great foil formula and there are no streaks. It's gorgeous and makes a great accent colour with cool shades. Gorgeous with a dusty-lilac.
- Keeping Suzi at Bay- a bright, yet medium toned cobalt. It's not super unique looking, but I love blue shades and I don't have any exact dupes.
- Alcatraz Rocks- a liquid sand shade that has a purple-blue base packed with gold, green, silver and blue glitter. It's gorgeous worn as is (matte) or with topcoat. Top coat makes the shimmer really sparkle.

OPI's Avojuice is something I'd heard of, but was never really that interested in. It just seemed like an extension of the brand designed for impulse purchases in salons but after receiving a bottle to review my mind was completely changed. This is amazing as hand cream! It can be used as both hand and body lotion, but the fact that it absorbs immediately and doesn't leave any kind of residue, oiliness, or stickiness it makes for one amazing hand cream. It's not intensely hydrating, but enough so that you know you've used something. I used the new, limited edition Holly Berry scent and it smells so good! It's like a spiced berry scent that is warm and very fall/holiday appropriate. -

Hands down the best dry shampoo I've tried- and I've tried quite a few.
What makes this so amazing id the fact that it not only acts as a dry shampoo to absorb excess oil, but it also gives incredible volume. Like, volume better than I can get on clean, freshly blown out hair. It gives some texture to hair as well, which helps the volume last all day. It has a really fain, fresh scent, and barely any 'product' scent. I have tried too many dry shampoos with terrible chemical-y scents, so it's nice to find one that isn't noxious. It does have a white powdery look when first applied, but I found it completely brushed out of my dark hair, so no complaints. Overall, you can't help but love this- it's pretty much perfect!
