I really like pHisoderm's body wash w/ aloe, vitamin E, and chamomile. I will definitely purchase this item again once I run out. I like the light fragrance. It lathers well in my shower poof. I love that it has salicylic acid for any random body zits. It rinses off completely and leaves behind no residue or film. The consistency is runny. I have to be very conscientious about applying the body wash to my poof so as not to go overboard. But once you're used to the flow out of the bottle, there are no problems. -

pHisoderm Daily Facial Cleanser for normal to dry skin did not cut it for me. Yes, it left my skin soft and clean, but it felt far too moisturized for my liking. I wish the wash had salicylic acid (like the body wash). I wish the wash had some kind of lather. The smell is not lovely or invigorating, but its not offensive either. I plan to keep this product in my shower but I won't be using it for my face. B/c of its moisturizing properties, it has a place as a shave gel/cream! -

I've been meaning to write a review on the Instead Cup. It's the same idea as the Diva Cup, except Instead aren't meant to be reused, though I think you could very easily and safely do so.
I've used the Instead Cup for 3 periods. It takes a few tries to get it right and comfortable. But when you do, you know it.
Yes, you have to get intimate w/ yourself, but come on. Is that really a problem? If a woman doesn't know her body, its time she learned. I'm not even talking about masturbation, here. Its generally important to know how your body works and understand the female anatomy. So your finger gets messy. That's what a sink and some soap and water are for.
Putting the cup in is pretty easy. I usually sit on the toilet and proceed just as though I was inserting a tampon (sans applicator). The seated position helps you properly place the cup against the back of the vagina and get is nestled up behind the pubic bone. Trust me, it sounds more difficult than it really is. There really is no other place for the cup to go. My first few times I didn't get it up behind the pubic bone well enough. When this happens, your body sort of pushes it out.
Pulling the cup out is a bit more difficult. I take it out while in the shower so that if I do spill it just washes away. While in the shower I can also rinse off and clean the cup. Taking the cup out can be tricky your first few times. I take my middle finger (longest) and wrap it up and over the rim of the cup to pull it out. Your body kind of "suctions" the cup in there, so it takes some good pulling to get it out. My first attempt I hadn't yet learned the middle finger up and over the rim technique so I was totally panicking! I was like "Am I going to have to go the ER to get this thing out!?" But I just calmed down, was patient, and tried again.
Now onto leaking. Excuse me if this is too much information, but I figure if you guys are interested, you should know. Quit reading now if you're worried. I have no leaks when I use the cup except for when I'm peeing or pooping. What happens is when you "bear down" and push to expel waste, it causes the rim of the cup behind the pubic bone to release a little bit. So in a sense, a little bit of the trapped fluid is spilling/escaping.
We have yet to try sex while I'm wearing the cup. I'm curious but a bit hesitant. So I have yet to report on that aspect. But personally, being able to have sex while on the rag, clean sex, is a super PLUS!
Now that I'm proficient at using the cup, I never use tampons or pads (an occasional panty liner). The cups are just waaaay too convenient not to use. Even though Instead is not renewable, you still generate far less waste than if you use tampons and pads. Each cup can last up to 12 hours. There is no odor w/ Instead as your menstrual flow is kept inside you, away from contact w/ the air. Lastly, there is little concern for TSS since the cup is a reservoir for your flow, rather than absorbing your flow.
THUMBS UP!

I bought this new sports bra today and I L-O-V-E it! Its made of all synthetic fibers so it wicks away sweat and moisture from your skin. The fabric is very smooth and has no seams. When I tried it on, it was heavenly. When does a sports bra feel "good!?" I quickly went out for a long mountain bike ride on some fire roads and single track. I had no recollection that the bra was even on. In fact, I completely forgot about it until I headed for the shower. This is the start of a long and rewarding relationship! -

OMG! I have found my new favorite Ben and Jerry's ice cream flavor. Cherry Garcia, you have been dismissed from the throne. If you love caramel, cinnamon, and cinnamon rolls, you will love this ice cream. I bought this flavor on a whim and returned home from work one day w/ my fiance sheepishly handing over to me the pint ... half-eaten! Obviously, he loves it, too! Obviously the caramel ribbons and chunks of cinnamon bun batter are marvelous. But even just the ice cream is wonderful ... its like a vanilla ice cream flavored liberally w/ caramel and cinnamon. Mmmm, do I have to eat that salad I brought for lunch???? -

I inherited a package of these from a former roommate when she moved out a few years ago. They are not the large kitchen size bags as MissChickie describes. Instead, these are the small bathroom trash bag size. They smell nice, no question. But the scent, at least for the small size volume, does not last long and does nothing to mask any normal bathroom trash smell. -

My very first impression .... "wow, this is toooooo sweet!" When I'm expecting a bitter dark chocolate and then am greeted w/ sweetness on the level of a milk chocolate, it is alarming. I didn't mind the sweetness, but felt it was a bit too pronounced for a bar that is DARK chocolate. This bar will most likely not sit well w/ dark chocolate lovers.
After I got used to the sweetness and began to expect it, I settled into its flavor. It reminded me a lot of a slightly bitter Toblerone! A big plus for me, the caramel pieces did not get stuck in my teeth like Toberlone's crunchies often do.

This one is a winner!! Nestle's dark chocolate line finally got dark enough. To me, dark chocolate is not something you snarf down in sweet delight. B/c its bitter and sharp, it needs to savored in small doses. This bar definitely stops me in my tracks, one nibble at a time. I don't feel the need to go after another bite for quite some time. The bitterness is finally up to par.
As for the texture, yeah, there are a lot of crunchy beans in the chocolate. But I think they are necessary. W/o them, this bar would not be dark enough and bitter enough to classify as a true dark chocolate. The crunchy beans add to the fullness of the bitter dark chocolate flavor.

I really liked this chocolate. I enjoy dark chocolate, but am not a connoisseur. B/c I do not consider myself a die-hard dark chocolate lover, I worry that serious dark chocolate eaters will find this bar, at 70% cocoa, being too sweet. But for the casual dark chocolate consumer, this product is perfect.
Nestle has remained true to the biggest factor that makes them stand out (in my book) as one of the best chocolatiers out there ... CREAMINESS! Even their dark chocolate varieties, which tend to be drier and a bit flaky, retain their trademark creaminess. I LOVE that!
