So I wasn't expecting to find this product line here and I'm kind of glad I didn't. I almost don't want to review it because I don't want to blow up the business and not be able to get the stuff I love but I can't be selfish all of the time and since it's Christmas and the time of sharing here goes nothing.
If you haven't heard of Warrior Apothecary you're forgiven. It is a local business out of Alberta, Canada but she ships no issues. Warrior Apothecary is a company that specializes in handcrafted, sustainable concoctions to help relieve physical, mental and spiritual concerns. All of her products are handcrafted using locally grown or produced products.
I have purchased an obscene amount of her products and have yet to find one that doesn't work as described. Her prices are excellent considering everything is handmade in small batches.
The thing I like best about them is I used them throughout my chemo and radiation treatment when I had cancer and never experienced any reactions to them. I swear by the body dust, the allergy relief spray and the self love body spray. Also the brain fog mist does the trick for my mid-afternoon slumps.
You can find her products on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/warriorapothecary/ or on insta at https://instagram.com/warriorapothecary?utm_medium=copy_link or just on the interwebs at https://warriorapothecary.com
Trust me you won't be disappointed.

Where are my Rae Dunn fans at? First let's get one thing out of the way, I've never been a crafty girl. Can't draw a straight line with a ruler, BUT I am good at coming up with ideas and using a computer.
So after watching all the bored #BossMoms starting up small businesses making t-shirts, mugs, gifts and decorations, and after handing over a small chunk of my pay each month to have others create decor items and funny shirts for me, I decided to but a Cricut Maker and try to figure out how to do it on my own.
I purchased a bundle direct from Cricut as it was on sale and was even cheaper than the bundle at Costco and when it arrived I did what I do with most of my impulse purchases, stuck it in the corner to drive my spouse crazy. Then one night after a glass (or maybe it was three) of wine I pulled the beast out to battle vowing that I would be crafting victorious.
Setup was easy. I followed the instructions (this is where I normally fail in battle) and within 15 minutes I was ready to go. I stared at the beast for a little bit waiting for it to make the first move. When it didn't strike, I struck first. I picked out a design, inserted the mat with the vinyl and pressed cut. Away it went doing my bidding like a desperate boyfriend thinking he was getting lucky.
In then I had a perfectly cut piece of vinyl that in perfectly styled handwriting said "would poop here again ***** based on 1k reviews". I transferred this vinyl to a painted canvas and voila, the most perfect addition to my bathroom was born.
I then made some shirts, some more wall hangings, a sticker for my bathroom mirror reminding filthy animals to wash their hands, a sign for my door to remind me to mask up before leaving my apartment and then the piece de resistance, I found a Rae Dunn font and made labels for everything. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. I labeled every single one of my Tupperware spice containers which brought so much joy to my spice cabinet and then I labeled my cheap Walmart toothbrush holder and rinse cup.
If you have been on the fence about getting a Cricut machine, take it from this craft illiterate gal, DO IT. You won't regret it. Plus you could start a side hassle to pay for it and become a #bossmom #cricut #Imadeitmyself

Honestly the only reason this putrid concoction gets half a star is because it won't let me give it not at all.
I thought hamburger helper would be a great, quick meal idea for nights when I was rushed and didn't want to spend time cooking a proper meal.
Well that backfired on me and I saved no time because after it was cooked and we attempted to eat it we realized that it is so overly processed with such inauthentic flavor that no one could eat it and it ended up in the garbage and I ended up in the kitchen having to make a meal that was palatable.
I have friends that feed their children this on the regular and I feel bad for them. Have their parents ever actually ate a bite of this stuff? I feel bad for the cow that died so I could have a pound of ground beef that Ultimately just ended up in the trash. Save your time and money and just make your own Macaroni and Cheese with beef.

So I used to use Aveeno years ago but forgot about it for a period of time. I was shocked when I was at shoppers and saw how their line has grown and changed. Aveeno has always worked wonders for my sensitive skin but I like to torment my skin and try new things. Well I have found my way back to Aveeno with the Calm line and feel like I'm home again.
I received an offer to try their Restorative Skin Therapy Itch Relief Balm and loved it so off I went to find other products. I found the cleanser on Well.ca for $10.99 but it is currently on sale for $8.79 and the serum at Well.ca was $27.99 (currently on sale for $22.39). I found the oat moisturizer at Costco in a 2 pack for the price of one at shoppers so I bought the entire line. The two pack of moisturizer at Costco is $34.99 for two 48g jars, online it is $42.99 delivered for the same two pack. A single unit at Shoppers Drug Mart is $32.99. So for a grand total of $56.47 I got an entire line of facial care that is amazing.
After washing my face with the cleanser, I applied the serum and then applied the moisturizer. It is a great consistency. Not too thick and not too runny. It massages in nicely leaving no greasy residue. It has absolutely no smell unlike some products that claim to be scent free but smell like chemicals or glue or flowers.
I have sensitive skin and had literally no reaction to this. Honestly it felt like I had not put anything on at all.
My skin feels great since I've starting using this line. I'm not sure if it's the cleanser, the serum, or the moisturizer but my skin feels amazing and my eczema that was causing scabs by my eyes is gone. I highly recommend this entire line.

The first thing I have to say about the cleanser is I love the packaging. It is a generous 232ml bottle with a pump to dispense so you're not reaching in with your fingers and contaminating the product.
The consistency is nice and creamy. It's not too thick or too liquid It's the perfect blend right in the middle. It spreads nicely leaving no greasy or tight feeling. A little goes a long way. I only needed one pump to wash my entire face. It has absolutely no smell unlike some products that claim to be scent free but smell like chemicals or glue or flowers.

I used to be a Tim Hortons addict. Would visit my local Tim Hortons at least 3 times a day and would get a breakfast BELT at least once a week. I stopped going around the time Ontario said they were going to increase the minimum wage to $15 per hour and in response Tim's increased their prices and started charging employees for uniforms. When the minimum wage didn't increase they never lowered their prices or started providing their employees uniforms free of charge. Around the same time their quality started dropping. I'm not sure if it was because they switched suppliers to save costs or what.
The food quality is not consistent. Sometimes I would order a BELT which stands for bacon, egg, lettuce and tomato on an everything bagel toasted and it wouldn't be toasted, sometimes it was only the E of the BELT on the sandwich. I'm sorry but $5.00 for an egg on a bagel is too pricy for my liking.
Maybe if they improve their quality I'll try again but for now I've successfully recover from my Tim's addiction.

The Dew it All eye cream by Farmacy claims it "minimizes the signs of stress and fatigue with chamomile and calendula and moisturizes with hyaluronic acid. It also helps visibly smooth and restore the appearance of elasticity" so I put it to the test. I'm prone to looking like I'm going on a 3 month winter exploration with the under eye luggage I carry around. Add to that seasonal allergies and extremely sensitive skin and I've got the perfect combination to look like I've skipped sleep since the pandemic started.
At $50 for a 15ml bottle, this stuff better work or I'm gonna go DMX up in here. The first thing you notice, after you notice the fact that if this bottle were driving it would be driving a big old jacked up Ram, is the consistency. It is a very soft cream that spreads very easily. The first time I used it I may have over applied it as I stuck the tip of my finger in and came out with enough to do my entire family's eyes.
As I applied it I noticed it spread with ease. After I applied it, I noticed that I had no reaction to it and my skin under my eyes felt soft. Hours later my skin still felt soft and it may just be me but I thought I noticed a difference in the amount of packing I did for travel. I will continue to use and monitor the results

I purchased this oil when it was introduced by Avon at a promotional price of $25. The regular price is $50 which on initial glance seems expensive as the bottle is only 30ml but it is an oil so a little goes a long way. Avon claims the product "helps visibly reduce redness and discomfort due to dryness, so it's great for anyone with troubled, visibly dry, sensitive, depleted or fatigued skin."
As someone who has sensitive skin I'm always a little hesitant to add new products, especially oil based products that have the potential to clog pores and cause breakouts so using this product had the potential to really mess up my face.
Since I purchased product it seems as though Avon has switched its formula because I only see the Hemp Seed oil on their website which concerns me as I actually really liked this product and now I know when it's gone I have to switch.
So back to the actual oil, it is an oil so only 2-3 drops is required to do an entire face. It spreads amazingly and does not leave your skin feeling oily. The little bottle lasts forever and the oil did not clog my pores at all. I will definitely be looking for this again.

I purchased this as part of a bundle from Sephora. The price of the bundle was very reasonable considering the amount of products in it. This mascara has a nice straight wand that applies the product without clumping and looks natural yet long. I normally use a different brand but this was good enough that I may be tempted to try it again. -

Oh Khalua! How do I love thee, let me count the ways. I love the way you taste in my Christmas Eve coffee with your friend Bailey's topped with whip cream and cinnamon. I love you in 2 shots of espresso with some Tazo chai concentrate and a splash of almond milk topped with some frothed milk, cinnamon and a star anise seed. I love you chilled and poured over a bowl of chocolate ice cream.
The only reason you got a 3 in value is because I live in New Brunswick and our government loves to overcharge me on my alcohol purchases.
