So I used to use Aveeno years ago but forgot about it for a period of time. I was shocked when I was at shoppers and saw how their line has grown and changed. Aveeno has always worked wonders for my sensitive skin but I like to torment my skin and try new things. Well I have found my way back to Aveeno with the Calm line and feel like I'm home again.
I received an offer to try their Restorative Skin Therapy Itch Relief Balm and loved it so off I went to find other products. I found the cleanser and serum on Well.ca was the lowest price and the oat moisturizer at Costco in a 2 pack for the price of one at shoppers so I bought the entire line.
After washing my face with the cleanser, I applied the serum as directed, three drops massaged all over my neck and throat. To be honest I think you could probably use two drops. The consistency is nice, it's not a liquid like an oil but it's not thick like a cream. It's the perfect blend right in the middle. It massages in nicely leaving no greasy residue. It has absolutely no smell unlike some products that claim to be scent free but smell like chemicals or glue or flowers.
I have sensitive skin and had literally no reaction to this. Honestly it felt like I had not put anything on at all.
I followed the serum up with the Oat moisturizer. My skin feels great since I've starting using this line. I'm not sure if it's the cleanser, the serum, or the moisturizer but my skin feels amazing and my eczema that was causing scabs by my eyes is gone. I highly recommend this entire line.

I received this product in a subscription box. I was excited as I've never tried the Ahava products before and as someone with extremely dry, sensitive skin I love anything that can give me a moisture boost in winter.
The company boasts a Skin Friendly Philosophy and says "There are no traces of harmful ingredients in any of our products so you can use them with real peace of mind" which was good because who wants to smear harmful ingredients on their face? Am I right?
So with a sense of glee I got ready to give myself a nice little spa treatment. The first thing I noticed when I opened it was the smell. It's actually a very light, familiar fragrance that I can't place but think it might be Shea butter. The texture or consistency is a nice creamy feel. It's not thick but it's not runny either. I applied it to my face according to the directions and waited the minimum 3 minutes before rinsing off. The first thing I noticed was that my face felt greasy and slick. I rinsed again to make sure I'd gotten it all off and it still felt slick. Then my face started itching. I'm not sure which one of the numerous ingredients I was reacting to but as soon as that started I washed my face again to get it all off. I'm glad I didn't leave it on overnight for the extra moisture as they say you can do.
At $33 dollars MSRP I think this product is overpriced even if I hadn't had a reaction to it. There are other intense moisturizers on the market that work very well and aren't loaded with chemicals that most can't pronounce.
The list of the full ingredients is listed below. I'm sorry but $33 for something that's first (in largest quantity) ingredient is water is too steep for me.
Aqua (Mineral Spring Water), Glycerin, Ceteareth-20 & Cetearyl Alcohol,Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glyceryl Stearate, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Propanediol (Corn derived Glycol), Cetyl Alcohol, Alanine & Creatine & Glycerin & Glycine & Magnesium Aspartate & Saccharide Hydrolysate &Urea;, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Caprylyl Glycol & Chlorphenesin & Phenoxyethanol, 1,2 Hexanediol & Sodium Hyaluronate & Aqua (Water), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract & Propylene Glycol, Maris Sal (Dead Sea Water), Peg-40 Stearate, Xanthan Gum, Sorbitan Tristearate, Tocopheryl (Vitamin E) Acetate, Silt (Dead Sea Mud), Parfum (Fragrance), Lactic Acid, Saccharide Isomerate, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Hexyl Cinnamal ,Limonene, Benzyl Salicylate, Linalool, Hydroxycitronellal.

I'm not a makeup expert by any means and I am super cheap. This product meets all my requirements. My sensitive skin loves some cover girl and the price can't be beat.

Bought this limited edition toothpaste at Costco when my regular brand was out of stock. Now I live in fear of it reaching the end of the limited edition period. This is the 1st charcoal toothpaste that doesn't taste absolutely horrible and actually makes a noticeable difference in the color of my coffee and wine stained teeth. Is it wrong that I want to stock pile it like it's toilet paper in March 2020? -
I went through chemo a few years ago and when my hair grew back it was curly, frizzy and generally unruly. I bought this product as a last resort and have been in love since. It smells amazing and works wonders on the frizz. I highly recommend it.

The clean freak spray works amazing and I find the scents to be the least offensive of the cleaning products available at my local stores. The only complaint I have is that I am trying to reduce my single use plastics and have enquired as to if Mr Clean (Proctor and Gamble) has any intention of creating a refill pod system similar to Hope Podz. The company has informed me that their current refill system already reduces plastic as you save the spray nozzle. As though the fact that you toss the bottle out is not something that can be fixed.
Until they develop a better system that uses less plastic I'll be refilling my bottles with hope podz solution.

So like everyone else in the world I purchased a million of these hand soaps during one of BBW sales. What a mistake. This soap smells amazing but it dries my skin out to a worn shoe leather consistency. I think it's a marketing tool to make you buy their lotions. I find I can use this soap for a day most. After that I start cracking between my fingers no matter how much lotion I apply. Now I'm stuck with 13 bottles of soap I can't use.... guess what all my friends are getting for Christmas 🤣 -

I purchased a 3 pack of this at Costco on sale for $7.99. The first time I made it I knew it was going to be my winter warm-up bevi.
I mix it equal parts with almond milk and top it off with whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkled on top. It tastes just like the Starbucks Chai latte but costs 1/10th the price.
