Hemp Hearts Hemp Shelled Seeds
Hemp Hearts from Alberta, we use this in our morning shakes, as well as a topper for yougurt. I also add to my baking , ex. apple crisp topping and will sneak a bit in when making meatballs.

Was on special, so gave it a try as I needed a quick supper. Was rather surprised by the outcome. it smelled really nice cooking, I had picked the Canadian, which had pepperoni and mushroom, cheese!

Great tasting ice cream, flavor we purchased this time was Raspberry Thunder. raspberry puree mixed in with great creamy vanilla flavoured ice cream and with white chocolate chunks. And a product made here in Ontario!!!

IOGO Lactose Free Yogurt
I was a little skeptical, but decided to try, glad I did. We purchased the strawberry flavor. We were quite pleased with the taste and the texture. Also love that IOGO is a product using local milk farmers.
