I have two children, 3 and 4 ys/o. And are awesome things to have for our bedtime routine. It calms them down and myself after I have put them to bed. I will smell it on my hands, wrists and arms. As well as my neck from their little hugs. It's an addictive smell I wish I had in a fragrance bottle for myself.    -
