Yes, that is what it's suppose to do. I find from my experience it doesn't actually 'suck' everything out of your pores, but it more loosens up the dirt and gunk. Then it comes out later on... (yes I know that sounds gross but it's what it's like, lol!). I'm going to warn you now that it is a bit of an uncomfortable feeling, though it doesn't last too long. You should probably let Fariba know that it is your first time as well. Good luck!! What school do you go to?

Hi starinajar. Thanks for your question! I can definitely give you some advice regarding my experiences in going to Esthetics Zone. Fariba is really good, I've never had a bad experience with her. She doesn't do extractions, as they are not a part of the routine in the facial. She may use a machine that will loosen up clogged pores with a "sucking feeling" (it's not as bad as it sounds lol) and it doesn't hurt like extractions (I have had them done with a different Esthetician and they are painful). The total cost was approximately $60 ish, not bad for a facial in my opinion. If you do go see her, let her know that I recommended her and you read about her on C.A.
