A little sticky when you first put it on but it's still effective. I really like the smell of the eos lip balms! The packaging is cute, too. Unless you are using a small purse. It can get a bit bulky too.

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm with Vitamin-E & Peppermint
This is the lip balm I always fall back on. And that says a lot because I'm a lip junkie who loves lip balms! It keeps my lips moisturized and it is not sticky when I put it on. A little bit on the pricier side. Watch out for sales!
