I'd been hearing so much about this product and decided to snag it while I was shopping for materials for my mannequins (I'm a hairstyling student). I love how it works on wet and dry hair. My only tangle issue was with super curly hair (I was brushing out a tight roller set - on big curls it works just fine but tight ringlets are a little harder as they tangle easier). It didn't even tangle as badly as it would have with my other brushes so I still consider it a win! I bought a snazzy pink and purple version. -

What a lovely product though! I didn't need a moisturizer after it, it made my skin feel so perfect! It smells like the sea which I personally like and has a smooth, thin texture which is easy to apply.

I actually didn't have any buttons that needed repaired, just a tear in my shirt hem, so I passed this one off to my mother in law since my father in law frequently loses buttons! She loved how easy this was to use. She's usually one to just painstakingly fix the buttons by hand, with thread and a needle. It doesn't take her long to do it that way, but she found it a lot quicker to do it using the Scotch Essentials! From her experiences, I think I will be buying this for myself. I love user friendly products!

I loved how easy this was to use, but I'm not sure how long the tape will stay "stuck". I have a rambunctious daughter who likes to tug on my hems! So far, so good after a few hours of wearing the garment, but then again she also didn't tug on it too much the day I wore it.
I'm interested to find out just how durable it is, and think this is a great, easy to use product for the non-seamstresses!

I have to say, I love this. I was able to easily repair a rip in my shirt (a very VISIBLE rip in my shirt), using the bonding strips. They were so easy to use, and seem to be quite durable! I will definitely be buying these again!

Apparently I'm on a vanilla kick because I so love this scent too! It's very pretty. I'm not sure if I can smell a whole lot of vanilla but it's a lovely floral scent pack. The difference with this one as opposed to the bars is that it goes in a stuffed animal (scentsy sells them with a pocket to put them in) and seems to last for much longer. It's strong when you get close to the stuffed animal but not overpowering. My daughter liked the colour so this was the scent she chose, and it's a hit with her, my husband and myself! I'll buy the wax bar eventually as well since it's such a nice scent. -

This is a classic! I love the subtle scent. It's just enough to make my house smell good but not enough to say "wow that's all I smell". It's nice and light and reminds me of tarts or cobblers. Will buy again!!

Scentsy Bar Lucky in Bubblegum
