I do not use the included bleach but instead get that professionally done (I just over processed as a teen and learned my lesson to leave lightening to the pros). The colors are great. Super pigmented and long lasting. They also fade very nicely and stay appealing colors. Will stain clothing and surfaces but the color quality is worth it!    -
