Great, fresh, slow-cooked food. Phil's is a great alternative to the poor student living on their own and tired of the same old mac n cheese. For only $6-10, you get a gigantic plate of food (dine in or take out) with ribs, chicken, sandwiches, whatever u like, plus ur choice of 2 sides... fries, mashed, baked, coleslaw, beans, etc. Sooo good! Also great location- College & Ossington.
Tip: if you are planning on getting take out, call ahead and it will be ready and hot when you arrive- no waiting!

The only problems are it stains skin & clothes very easily, and can be hard to wash out completely. Overall though, a great easy way to spice up your hair! -
