It seems strange at first to eat peanut butter in powder form that you have to mix yourself, however it is a great option to reduce your sugar while still having the taste of peanut butter, not to mention 5 g of protein per serving ! It does not taste as sweet as peanut butter obviously but it is comparable to the taste of some natural PBs. Perfect alternative! -

This is a great Greek yoghurt option for those who would like to eat Greek yoghurt over regular yoghurt but are not fans of the thick texture. It is thinner and still has the same great taste and benefits of eating Greek yoghurt- not to mention as a WW it is very point friendly (1pt per serving)! The only downfall is that price is not the best but it goes on sale regularly. -
