This tea has saved me during my period. It descreases the cramps, which in turn makes me a whole lot happier. Not only does it help with cramps, it taste amazing. I add a dash of coconut milk to it for the creaminess. A great product, fair price... +

Reasons why I LOVED the Lemon Poppyseed Protein plus bar:
1: Tastes very much like a lemon poppyseed cake! I love cake.
2: 3 grams of sugar
3: No nasty after taste
4: Full of tasty poppyseeds, and even pieces of lemon peel!
5: All that protein to help hit my macros.
The only reason I don't like about this bar, is how addictive they are!

I received this product for free through Chick Advisor, and was pleasantly surprised. Anywho who eats protein bars often knows that most protein bars have an exceptionally awful sucrolose after taste. Usually makes it difficult to get down or even have more than one or two bites. But the power bar protein plus creamy chocolate peanut butter was quite tasty. It tricked me into thinking I was eating a chocolate peanut butter chocolate bar and curbed my chocolate cravings. Not to mention help hit my protein goals for the day. Will definitely be purchasing these from now on for a healthier chocolate bar alternative. -
