I've been using this product for a couple of years now and I'm surprised I've never reviewed it. This product is a hand exfoliant and my favourite part is that it smells like peaches! It is a light scrub that lathers when you add a little bit of water and it really cleans up dead skin and helps heal cracked cuticles. I've been using it since I kicked my nail biting habit to help keep my hands looking great. It's true that you could probably use any kind of exfoliant on your hands but I find this to be very gentle, I like that it lathers so you can use less of the product (and make it last longer) and it is the only product I've used that leaves my hands soft and ready for moisturizing when I'm done. I highly recommend it. -

After Clinique discontinued my "at home" facial mask I was searching to find something that compared in quality and a few months ago I found it. Aveda makes fantastic products but I never felt the need to splurge on their masks. That said, I did and I'm so happy about it. Every time I use it it leaves my skin feeling fresh, clean and less oily. In the winter I find it helps my skin retain moisture better (and I use it more often in the winter months.) In terms of scent, it smells like plants (not floral) so if you're really sensitive to scents I don't think this should be a problem. If you're looking for a high end mask to do yourself at home, this one is worth the investment. -

Instead of using a daily moisturizer, I've started using Nivea's day and night moisturizers which has made a difference with my skin. Every morning after I cleanse I put on this day moisturizer and it helps battle the elements (especially in the cold and dry winter.) It goes on very light and my skin absorbs it quite quickly. I've only been using it for about 6 months but I see a huge difference in my skin this winter compared to all the others! It's not expensive and it works so you really can't go wrong. -

I started using this about 6 months ago. I love it. I have combination/sensitive skin (which is a nightmare to find products!) and this is fantastic. It's really light but leaves my skin feeling great. Even in my "oily" areas I don't break out (which happens with any rich moisturizer) it also doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. It is scentless and one jar of it lasts a really long time because you don't need to apply very much. I'd highly recommend this! -

I really like the Botanical Kinetics line at Aveda so every once and awhile I treat myself to their products. This product is a liquid exfoliant. It is the consistency of a toner but leaves your skin feeling really moisturized and smooth which puts it in the exfoliant category. I have sensitive skin and this product actually helps reduce the redness in my skin which is an added bonus for me. It doesn't really have a scent (sort of a plan scent, not floral) so if you're sensitive to that this may be the product for you. Give it a try, I'm glad I did! -

A little bit goes a long way with this concealer. I had tried so many different kinds but none of them really blended into my skin perfectly. I decided to spend the money on a good one from Elizabeth Arden and it's changed my world! It blends in with both liquid and powder foundation and it also blends in seamlessly with my skin if I don't want to wear foundation but want to cover up the dark circles. I've bought this a couple times now and until they discontinue it, I will be using it! -

This is the #1 burger place in Toronto. They have a location at Yonge and Bloor and at King and Portland. All of their burgers are made fresh daily, they don't use frozen burgers. They have a full range menu from the classic burger, to their signature craft burger and so many more (check out their website) If you walk in to order it's usually about a 10 minute wait as they make the burgers fresh when ordered, but you can also call ahead and pick up so that you can just walk in, pick up and leave. There is a small area for sit down eating so that is also an option. If you haven't tried it and you love burgers I highly suggest this place! -

I love fresh!! I am not a vegetarian and I would still rate it as some of the best food in the city. I usually get a wrap or the Warrior bowl (noodles or brown rice, cooked spinach and a chickpea/curry sauce.) Can't go wrong. The food is a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it (I usually get two meals out of whatever I eat because there is so much!) They offer sit down meals and take out and I guarantee you won't be disappointed with your meal. -

This is definitely one of the best spa's in the city. I discovered it through a deal on wayspa.com and I've been back so many times since. The service is great and the treatments are done perfectly. It's a great place to go to relax. What's even better is that their prices aren't super high. RMT massages start around $75 and a pedicure goes for $40. If you book multiple treatments at once they knock 10% off your treatments. It's fantastic. It's located right in Toronto's Yorkville so you can go shopping or have a nice meal before or after you're at the spa. You can either book directly with the spa and get gift certificates through them OR check wayspa.com for their monthly deals/specials. (When using wayspa my suggestion is call the spa first and make your appointment, book it on wayspa and then call back and give them the wayspa number. This way you can guarantee you get the appointment you want before purchasing it!) -

I received this product through the review club. I am always up to trying out new moisturizers because my skin is really dry in the winter. I am a true believer in the Body Shop Body Butter so I always measure moisturizers against that. I've got to say Vaseline Sheer Infusion is the best moisturizer I've ever used. To me it's equal to body butter in terms of moisturizing effect but it leaves my skin feeling like silk which is a big plus. I also love the smell, light and fresh. I will definitely purchase this product for myself when I run out, I am definitely converted! -
