Quitting smoking is hard and requires a lot of work and determination but sometimes even that isn’t enough. These lozenges are a great option to add to your smoking cessation journey. A lot of people try quitting cold turkey and it shocks your body and makes it much more difficult. I think adding a product like this helps in multiple aspects. You are helping the oral fixation issue by putting the lozenge in your mouth and while it’s not exactly like a cigarette, it definitely tricks your mind because you get that nicotine hit after putting it in your mouth. Secondly, you are still giving your body that small dose of nicotine that it’s craving but without all the other bad toxins and chemicals. It really helps to take the edge off when you’re quitting. I like that there are different strength options available depending where you are in your quitting journey and I think these are a really great tool to add when you’re trying to quit! I have recommended them to several people! -

I thoroughly enjoyed trying this moisturizer. I struggle often with SPF products causing me to breakout, but didn’t experience that with this product. Slightly fragranced, but not irritating to the skin. It left my skin feeling very hydrated but not oily.

I very much enjoyed this nighttime moisturizer. A lot of nighttime moisturizers are a little on the heavy or oily side and they tend to just sit on the skin. While I did find this moisturizer to be slightly on the oily side, it was in the best way possible. It absorbs into the skin but still feels like it’s working to hydrate my skin. I don’t feel like this product clogged my pores at all and I definitely didn’t break out from using it.

I always like the thought of a liquid exfoliant, but they never seem to work out well for my skin. I always seems to have a reaction to liquid exfoliants but I have since learned that they just need to be used with caution. They are not meant to be used daily and this was the mistake I was making. After I switched to using the product once every 3 days, I was quite happy with the results. I feel like my acne has calmed down quite a bit and my breakouts have been less frequent. Also my skin seems a little brighter after I use the exfoliant and I really liked that.

I always like the thought of a liquid exfoliant, but they never seem to work out well for my skin. I always seems to have a reaction to liquid exfoliants but I have since learned that they just need to be used with caution. They are not meant to be used daily and this was the mistake I was making. After I switched to using the product once every 3 days, I was quite happy with the results. I feel like my acne has calmed down quite a bit and my breakouts have been less frequent. This was a really great acne cleanser. I always struggle with cleansers not lathering enough to feel like they are doing anything or they strip my skin of the natural oils but I didn’t have that issue at all with this cleanser. It cleansed deeply but didn’t leave my skin feeling dry or dehydrated. I recommend starting slow when using benzoyl peroxide products as they can be drying to the skin but after using this cleanser cautiously for a couple weeks, I was able to switch to using it every morning without any issues.

I can’t say that I fell in love with this natural deodorant, HOWEVER, perhaps with a longer usage timeline I could fall in love with it. As with all natural deodorants, there is a detox period that needs to take place before you can truly appreciate the effectiveness of a natural deodorant. I didn’t dislike this one but I need more time to say I absolutely love it. From the use that I have experienced with it, I can definitely see the benefits of a natural deodorant taking place. It has a nice light fresh scent, it’s not too perfume-y. It didn’t irritate my underarms at all and it felt very nice. I did notice some wetness protection, and I think it could be really great once I give it the proper time to start to take effect. I recommend trying this product if you want a natural deodorant option, but make sure you follow the detox process before making a snap decision about whether this product truly works for you or not. -

I absolutely fell in LOVE with this fragrance! I struggle a lot with fragrance smelling great right out the gate but then disappears and can’t be detected. I think whatever technology that this product is formulated with should be used across the board for all fragrances. It really helps the scent to last longer on the skin. The scent itself is light and refreshing. It’s not overpowering and offers the perfect amount of sweetness without being sickeningly sweet. I’m interested to try to other scents as I really fell in love with this one! -

I always struggle with sunscreen because my skin can sometimes be sensitive to sunscreen. I did not have that issue with this product. I also think you can tell it’s made with much more natural products than traditional sunscreens which could also explain why I had no sensitivity with this product. I also found that it absorbed into my skin fairly well so when my face got sweaty it didn’t run into my eyes and make them burn. I really enjoyed this product and have already stocked up on more for the summer ahead! -

I absolutely love this lotion. With a child with sensitive skin, it’s difficult to try new products for fear of a painful reaction. But because Aveeno has such great ingredients I never fear trying any product from them. While this lotion is designed and marketed for babies, I still use this lotion on my child. Not only does it absorb quickly into skin so she doesn’t feel sticky, it also soothes her skin and leaves it so hydrated and moisturized. It’s great to apply multiple times a day, but not really necessary. Our favourite time to apply is after bath time before bed. Very happy I was sent this product to review but will now be a lifelong purchaser. -
