I received this shampoo and conditioner free from chick advisor in exchange for my honest opinions. First of all, they smell amazing and leave my hair smelling soo nice !! Left my hair feeling nice and clean. It didn’t give my hair much Volume which I really like in a shampoo and conditioner but it doesn’t claim to give Volume so that’s ok !! I have not noticed less dandruff yet but have only been using it twice. I will report again in a week or so. I would definitely recommend it based on my opinions so far. -

I received these items free of charge from ChickAdvisor for my honest review. I have tried both the vanilla and chocolate flavour. I have to say that vanilla is for sure my favourite. Chocolate tastes good too but I've never been a big fan of chocolate flavoured drinks. That being said I drank one on the morning when getting to work and it kept me full until lunch. I will definitely be buying some once my supply from chick advisor is gone ! I follow a ketogenic diet lifestyle and these fit great with my macros ! -

I've recently discovered how delicious pita pit salads are!! I am doing a low carb diet so I don't get the actual pitas but I get their salads and they are sooo yummy ! Fresh ingredients and flavourful dressings ! You can choose any usual pita and ask for it as a salad and then choose your toppings and dressing !! Great portions and the cost isn't bad at all !!
The photo I have posted was a chicken and bacon salad with romaine lettuce red onion black olives cucumbers feta cheese and a bit of cheddar cheese topped with ancho chipotle dressing ( so good )

It's a great alternate to drinking only water and the flavours are delicious !!! They are a little pricey - comes in a pack of 6 for around $7.00 unless you can find them on sale or sold by the can.
No sugar and no caffeine!!

For the past few years for unknown reasons I haven't been able to get a full night sleep so I thought I would give melatonin a shot. Falling asleep wasn't an issue but it was stating asleep that I was struggling with. So I tried taking it a few nights to see if it would help - I would say that maybe I woke up a few times less than usually but felt extremely groggy the next morning. So now if I ever take it it's only on weekends. -

I got a small sample bottle of it a while back in my Ipsy bag. I Loved using it while it lasted but once it was gone I never purchased more only because it's a bit pricey. But if you can fit it into your budget it's definitely worth the price !!
