I got these breathe right strips to help with congestion in my nose when I was sleeping and snoring. My husband tells me I do not snore as loud, they have opened up my nasal passages so I don't wake up with a plugged up nose. I like that they come in Extra Clear for sensitive skin so they don't cause irritation to the area around your nose when you wear them over night. They are also stronger so they don't fall off your nose in the middle of the night and get lost in your bed!    -
