Don't be fooled by ads about how healthy Kashi is. All of their cereals are loaded with sugar - some with alot more than other cereals like bran flakes, shredded wheat or cheerios and many others. Read the label before buying.

Kellogg's Raisin Bran Cereal
I agree that the quality is way better than the no name brands. There is lots of fibre in this cereal from the grain and the raisins, but the sugar content is also quite high.

Scrubs are usually very expensive, but this one is not. I wouldn't use it every day, but a couple of times a week should be fine if your skin is a bit fragile. It has a very mild scent, for those who are sensitive to this.

I love this stuff! It's the first lotion I've tried that actually works on deep wrinkles. It is expensive, but you only need to use a bit on problem areas and you're worth it.
