Not sure if I had pink eye, there was a sore puffiness under my eyelid. Used the drops as directed and the next day swelling and pain was gone, will continue to use for the next few days but overall it seemed to have worked. 20 bucks; but to get rid of that angry looking eye, it's well worth it to me    -
