I Like the tinted moisture surge much more. This appeared pastier and did not cover much. I did set it with powder, still ended up greasy by the end of my workday. Bottom line- try a sample before you buy. It was not what I expected.

I wanted to see what all the fuss was about with this product, so I ordered the smaller size to try it out. I absolutely love it! I use it right before shaving, as it exfoliates to prevent knicks and cuts and also provides a slick surface for the razor. I don't have to use shaving cream, and my legs feel super silky afterwards. I only give it four stars, though, because it's so expensive for the amount you get. Definitely get the bigger size; it's a better value. I may also try DIY versions I've seen that use olive oil, sea salt, and lemon juice; doubt they'd be as good though. -

I typically don't have a problem with scents lasting....and if they'd make a scented body lotion, I'm sure it would help. This would be my signature scent if it just lasted through the day :/.... -

I love Donna Karan's scents and was a little leery about using this one. I was worried that it would have that sweet, cloying scent. Boy, was I wrong! Yes, it does smell like apples but it's infused with other scents that gives this fragrance a very adult, sophisticated scent. I'm complimented on it all the time and it's perfect for the summer months when I'm less inclined to use heavier fragrances. On a shallow note, the bottle is so cute and adorable!
I would highly recommend this fragrance to anyone looking for a fruity, yet unique and sophisticated perfume.

I was nervous ordering this because I specifically wanted it for my face moisturizer, which comes in a jar (and I hate sticking my fingers in there), and I saw the reviews that it doesn't work with thick lotions.
long story short, it DOES work, but you have to fill it entirely w no airbubbles. I wound up filling it w water and then squirting it all out to get the bottom up near the top so there wouldn't be any extra room. And it works great with my lotions (algenist).
I took one star away because the plastic caps are pretty cheap and the outside silver part separated on one the first time I opened it, and because the opening that you use to fill it is pretty small which seems stupid for an item that is meant to be refilled. But overall,just what I was looking for.

I'm surprised by the negative comments on this mascara. I didn't look at any reviews before picking this one up (Blackest Black shade, regular formula) and I have to say I'm glad I didn't, otherwise I might not have bought this mascara! It made my lashes look full and defined instantly, giving the volume in 45 seconds what it literally took 45 minutes for me to do with Revlon Grow Luscious Plumping, Revlon Fabulash, Estee Lauder Sumptuous Extreme, L'Oreal Voluminous (the one with collagen...forget the name,) DiorShow and all others I've tried. It is a thick heavy mascara, but it works for me. I guess mascara's like foundation or perfume...each formula acts differently on each woman. Each to her own. I for one am glad I found Doubletwist. -

Very similar to regular Lash Blast - gives me a lot of volume and lengthens my lashes a lot too. I already have lashes that are kind of long, thick, and curly, but this really gives them a dramatic boost, and I never had a problem with it clumping so it can be built up. I would just say that this smudges under my eyes a little more than Lash Blast Volume and doesn't volumize quite as much. I just don't like the shimmers. You can't really notice that it's shimmer, it just makes my lashes look a little more gray, not very black, which I'm not too fond of, but it's not a huge difference. It was mostly only noticeable in pictures because the light coming of the shimmer made my lashes look lighter. I loved it a lot, but I tried Lash Blast Volume afterward, and now I'd personally never choose this over that one, but if that's not available, this would be my 2nd choice. -

I LOVE THIS STUFF!! I love this lip balm. I have all the flavors and have purchased mutilple of the flavor Quenched.I like this much more than the Revlon lipbutters and find them much more moisterizing, not to mention cuter. The have nice scents and will not linger enough to give you a headache. My favorite flavor is Quenched, Which is a clear one and smells amazing, sort of like fruit but not tropical which is why I like it, these are also nice because they are like 3 dollars at Target or Walmart.Also comparable to the Revlon lipbutters these are cheaper so you could buy more if your on a budget.The pigmentation of these is nice but for more colors I go to my Revlon lipbutters instead, which I have 9 of.Ultimitley buy one of these, you will no be disappointed. -

would like to believe that I have pretty realistic standards when it comes to products. I usually only take the time to review things that have over-exceeded or excessively underwhelmed my expectations. This product, as a mascara, was just....average. But the reason that I am giving it such a low review score is because it didn't do what it advertised it would do...which was to make your eyelashes look 4mm longer. Compared to the other kinds of mascara that I have used (I have used many different kinds offering different effects) this mascara actually made my lashes look shorter :p So here is a straightforward review:
Cons: Did not lengthen, did not create volume(I realize it didn't promise to do this.) I got the darkest black shade, and I would compare it to a light black or even really dark brown almost. The brush was the cheapest one I have ever used. It was a really really light thin plastic. Have you ever used the one-time-use brushes for samples (like at Macys or a Mary Kay party) that are disposable? This brush was pretty much exactly like that. I felt like it was going to snap when I was using it.
Pros: If you like a 'natural' makeup look, this mascara is good. It was pretty lightweight and I felt like I was wearing nothing. It barely looked like I even wearing Mascara (and I put several coats on to experiment with it.) It cost me about $7 (rounded up) (although since I wanted a somewhat dramatic look, it was a waste.)
So in conclusion: as a lightweight natural looking mascara this is good, but since that look is pretty easy to achieve I would find something cheaper. As a lengthening mascara, this was terrible. Maybe it was just my lashes but this product did nothing for them that they had advertised. I will certainly not buy again, as I can easily purchase another kind with better results.
