The design of the bottles and the 4-pack is great and does give you the impression of a premium product. Unfortunately, the balance between sour and bitter is off. When I think of tonic water, the first thing that comes to mind is quinine, bitter taste. What I got instead was a strong sour taste with a hint of bitter. On the positive side, the amount of fizz is low.

Horrible! I understand it's unsweetened, but it was sooo sour. The apple to raspberry ratio seems way off. The tastes is very diluted, almost watery. The fibre content is 8% of the daily value. Big whoop!

I found Dove 0% Aluminum Deodorant to be a decent product for normal daily use. I even wore this on an one hour bike ride on mostly flat terrain and it managed to mask BO quite successfully. I have been using roll-ons for a couple of years and found this deodorant to glide on less easily, but should not be an issue for people used to deodorant sticks. The one thing I disliked was the sticky feeling it leaves behind. It's always there, your armpits will never be completely dry. It's a trade off. It's what you get for ditching aluminum and personally I can leave with that.
I was surprised how nice and delicate the coconut and pink jasmine scent is. I usually hate most cosmetic product smells. When this stick runs out I'm planning on checking out the other scents Dove 0% Aluminum Deodorant is available in.

Neutrogena Prep Cleanser does a good job removing dirt and oil from your face. It is a non-foaming cream that contains non-plastic micro-beads, which along with glycolic and salicylic acid provide gentle exfoliation without drying the skin. The smell is quite strong right out of the bottle, but most of it is gone after rinsing off with warm water. The pump makes it easier to dispense the right amount of cleanser and I found that one pump is enough to thoroughly clean your face.

I saw no change in my skin appearance after using Neutrogena Retinol Oil twice a day for ten days, as directed. It is easy to apply and I liked the dropper, but the formula is greasy and needs a couple of minutes to be absorbed into the skin. I found it inconvenient not to be able to apply the moisturizer right away.
Despite the warnings on the bottle, I did not experience any redness or skin exfoliation while using the product.
As usual the biggest issue I had was with the smell, which is too powerful and very unpleasant.

Vaseline Clinical Dark Spot Rescue Hand Cream is a very good moisturizer. It is easily absorbed and leaves your hands feeling soft and skin supple. I was very interested to see how it performs as a dark spot corrector and I have to say it did not disappoint. A couple of dark spots I have on my right hand have started to fade after applying the cream every other day for 2 weeks. I'm tempted to apply it on my face as well.
I did not like the smell and it's pretty persistent. If you apply it in the evening, you can still smell it in the morning. I would prefer a scent free version.

I got to test drive Vaseline Aging Skin Rescue Lotion while nursing a broken leg. My skin was peeling off in patches from above the knee all the way to the sole of my foot. I had to apply lotion (different brand, same price range as Vaseline) several times a day and it's not fun at all when your leg is broken and it hurts everywhere.
I found Vaseline Aging Skin Rescue Lotion much more effective. I only had to apply it once a day at bedtime on my leg and every now and then on my body. It is easily absorbed and lives skin feeling soft and supple.
The design of the spout that is dispensing the lotion is cool, but the opening is pretty big and if you don't use it for a couple of days is going to dry out and when you pump the lotion out, you will first get a blob of dried lotion. I did not like the smell and I have to say it's pretty persistent. If you apply the lotion in the evening, you can still smell it in the morning.
A lotion so effective deserves a better smell!

I found Aveeno Positively Radiant MaxGlow Serum & Primer to be a very confusing product. The texture is very watery for a serum or a primer. It has the consistency of a toner. Everytime I had to apply it on my face I wanted grab a cotton pad, the way you do with a toner, instead of patting it on my face with my fingers.
It comes in a clear plastic bottle and separates into a 2-phase liquid, so you need to shake the bottle before every use. When you remove the lid it spills out, so after the first couple of times I started to remove the lid first, cover the bottle with my finger and then shake the bottle. Dispensing a few drops into you palm is also pretty messy. A dropper would have been a better option for this product.
I gave this a try without applying makeup and it left my face feeling a bit sticky (I have combination skin). I also use this before applying makeup and even thou it did not interfere with my makeup, I also did not see any significant improvement.
I found the product to be expensive and would not add this to my daily routine. I would not recommend it to family and friends.

Aveeno MaxGlow Micellar Gel Face Cleanser is a good quality gentle cleanser. The pump dispenser is great and one pump is enough to clean the whole face. Initially it comes out as a gel that transforms into a milky lather in contact with water. It rinses easily with water and leaves your face feeling soft and hydrated.
I found it to be gentle on my skin, but at the same time effective in removing dirt and make up (with the exception of waterproof makeup). Price wise is similar to what I am already used to paying for a cleanser. I would recommend this to family and friends. I'm already sharing with my daughter.
