I purchased a Sit and Stand double stroller 2 years ago. Unfortunately the airline managed to lose a wheel for the stroller, which was not noticed for 2 months as it is primarily used for travel to take the strain and worry away from my wife in airports or busy places when I am not around. After more than six months of trying to get a replacement part from their “international” team I wrote to head office who just kept re-directing me to the aforementioned. Another 4 months on and not a single contact from their international or main offices. Wouldn’t even give them a single star for customer service and support, although their product was useful for a couple of trips, it is now totally redundant, so would have to give the value for money a big fat zero too and effectiveness and quality. Shame as I had also purchased a single stroller which I have now returned to the marketing merchant. -
