I had recently received this product , and i love it so far. i began taking it before going to sleep because thats when i start feeling the most anxious due to my insomnia and it worked well within 30mins after taking it, for the first time in almost 7 years i actually slept most of the night I usually end up waking up every 15-30mins when i sleep and can’t usually get back to sleep afterwards, so each day i would end up restless and overall exhausted so this helped me out alot. I also take it before attending classes,as i regularly start having anxiety attacks (i have had a social anxiety problem since i was about 7) and this makes it nearly impossible to sit through my classes and participate in groups,my stages go from racing mind(often drawing blanks when im forced to talk to strangers) to sweaty palms and huge amounts of stress, after taking this medication first thing in the morning before class, my symptoms were reduced dramatically and i was able to focus more when working with others and participate.
My only concern was that the effects seemed sort of short lived as my symptoms started to come back after less than a few hours. but who knows, its probably because my system needs to get used to taking the medication, this is the first time that i’m able to take any Anxiety medication. But overall i am still happy with this product and look forward to purchasing this again.

This diet supplement is extremely powerful because it contains a whopping 100%(1600mg) of Garcinea, Cambogia Extract, Hydroelectricity Acid(800mg)and 135mg of calcium, all jam packed into a Vegetarian capsule. There are NO artificial ingredients at all, which makes this supper safe to take on a regular basis, In fact it worked so well that i took this supplement alone without any other supplements for a few days to see if i would get some results and it worked
This product actually works as intended because of how much is in each capsule, and because the Garcinea and Coffee bean work together to fight weight gain and promote weight loss, i began seeing results after only a few days ,it also has been helping that for that week i was on a primarily oatmeal diet which was awesome because it has helped me suppress my appetite for anything more which speed up the weight loss process, the changes were near immediate and it made me quite happy (as it also helps boost mood levels).

This product is something i am happy with because it does work as intended, and helped me to lose weight (which does not surprise me since i have been hearing nothing but good things about Green Coffee Beans when it came to weight loss,and its been helping me to keep my energy levels up since im naturally a weak person who fatigue’s easily due to my anemia. I also like that its in capsule form as i have always had a difficult time swallowing pills, and being able to take only the powder by mixing it with something like Apple sauce or yogurt really helps me out. And i have also had no problems while using this product either in terms of side effects (thank you natural ingredients).

These Essentially promote wealth for your Heart, Brain, and Joints, it also Promotes healthy cholesterol as well as triglyceride levels.
Its main ingredients are, purified Krill Oil (500mg)(shrimp-like sea creatures that are rich in phosphorylation), Omega-3 Fish Oil.
Its best to take 3 times daily(optional to take with a meal). it does what it describes for me so far, and the ingredients are completely healthy, unless you are allergic to fish oil, its also good because it has a ton more omega 3 in it compared to most other Supplements
and is perfect for those who want to stay healthy by taking supplements that a full of natural ingredients. since taking these i have noticed a change in my overall health mentally and physically (since i’m naturally a frail person due to my Anemia).

This is a Supplement that supports Energy levels and promote weight loss if taken properly (Recommended to take before or after meals twice a day but if your like me, you will probably end up taking both either upon waking up, or taking one after waking up then another before bed. But seriously, do make sure there is food in your stomach before you eat this, i have not had any side effect problems taking this but one things for sure that happens is if i’m already hungry when i take this, and proceed to not eat anything, my stomach would start crying until i do eat something. But thats just me everyone’s body works differently.
The main active ingredients are, Raspberry Keytone Extract (4% - 300mg), Caffeine Anhydrous (100mg), and a proprietary blend of Apple Cider Vinegar,Kelp, Acai Fruit, African Mango, and Resveratrol Extract, so as you can see, these ingredients are mainly natural ingredients so its completely safe for basically everyone to take, especially if you don’t like the thought of taking any supplements that claim to be as healthy as possible, but yet uses 99% artificial ingredients or chemicals.
It that if you want this product to work effectively i would recommend using this if your actively trying to lose weight through healthy eating, and exercise, you probably won’t see real results unless you take it this way, this is my personal opinion i have realized through experience myself.and i’m not saying that it wont work if you don’t exercise, I’m just saying that results will happen much slower if you choose to not maintain a healthy lifestyle while taking this supplement.a
Also i made sure to take a picture to show you that this supplement is in capsule form, and if your like me, who can’t swallow meds bigger than a Pea, your going to tant to empty the capsule in something like yogurt or apple sauce and take it that way, so you won’t have to worry about gagging on the capsule.

Generally i would recommend this to those who are avid tea lovers but those who are so-so when it comes to tea could really benefit from this product, especially if your day to day life is busy, stressful, of if you just have trouble staying alert on some days
as this can also be a nice healthy alternative to coffee, drinking this on some days really helped me get through the day, this also is good for the metabolism and supports weight loss aw well.
I’m not too used to drinking tea in pure powder form, i’m used to just grabbing a tea-bag boiling some hot water and adding a bit of sugar then going about the rest of my day (darn cheap tea, as well), but after brewing this up a few times its become second nature
and i’m starting to enjoy the process and drinking this as well, its a nice change from what i’m used to. I also know that sugar is not the healthiest to be drinking with tea, so i have done some experimenting, for those who want to enjoy the max health benefits of this matcha tea without
sacrificing (more) sweetness ,or to counter the bitterness a bit i HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Pure Organic Honey as an alternative! organic honey on its own also is full of antioxidants so you can look at it as a bonus!.just be careful how much you use though, through my life i have had a horrible habit of using more sugar,salts, and anything else
that you should probably measure before using on my food and drinks, and many tend to regretfully go to waste. for 8oz i would try for 2-4tsp of honey, then add a bit more until the sweetness is to your liking and your good to go! but of course there are other way you can naturally sweeten the matcha tea as well. All in all i highly recommend
that anyone try this out if you want to experience trying out this healthy green matcha tea.

i have used it to create my own DIY lip balm, i have diluted it in carrier oils such as Coconut as well as Argan Oil to keep my skin
(especially my face) hydrated, this method works especially during the winter when my skin becomes so dry it literately absorbs anything
that it thinks is water and itches like crazy, the peppermint is wonderful because its natural properties causes a soothing effect when applies to the skin
I have also taken a liking to using this along with my reed diffuses to give my room a nice minty fragrance! And the smell had helped to keep me awake and alert
on day that i’m studying for tests on.But be careful if you use too much the scent will be to much to handle, in the beginning i have caught myself with many headaches solely because the peppermint scent was so strong.
This product can also be used for other natural DIY home remedies like, soothing headaches, nausea, anxiety,diarrhea, as well as heartburn! But again as a side note, too much of this can cause the reverse effects and lead to some serious injury so be careful.
I Highly recommend this product for anyone interested in trying a natural alternative for the things i mentioned above
but as a warning i would try to learn how to handle Peppermint oil or any other essential oil before opening the bottle and go all trigger happy with using it
, be careful of how much you use!,the first time i had tried using essential oils i had accidentally used too much (like 3 drops..) and it was so strong that i had trouble keeping my eyes open
the entire afternoon and into the night, and since the oils are pretty absorbent, using a towel to try and wipe some of it away
was nearly impossible and adding water to try and rinse only made it worse, my face felt like someone had took an ice bag and taped it on. But over time
it became more and more easy for me to learn how much to use over time!

The smell is very subtle but nice, the bottle design/art is lovely and pleasing to the eye, and it works as well as intended! after washing my face and using this product my face immediately went from looking dull to looking vibrant and healthy with an nice glow afterwards! and i can’t wait till i start seeing the long term benefits of this product because i’m loving it so far.
The product is Made to tone and firm your skin, as well as rehydration to reduce signs of wrinkles and sagging skin. Its packed full of Vitamin C (20%) and Hyaluronic Acid which are the core ingredients. Unlike most beauty products this one is made with all natural active ingredients and DO NOT have any parabens, alcohol, fragrance, dye, GMO’s, sulphates, petrochemicals, and phthalates (98% Natural, 72% organic) within this product, so you can use it safely knowing that you aren’t doing any harm to your skink when using this product.
My only issue is that if i don’t actually use a moisturizer afterwards within 5mins then my face would start to feel really dry and itchy, and sometimes even after using a moisturizer my face would still feel itchy here and there, but it usually clears up within 30 minutes, but i’m sure that its just my skin trying to get used to using the product, since it eventually stopped happening after a few days, so its fine.

I’m really liking this product so far!. I have so far used to for my skin and hair care, but the bulk of the uses are coming from me using them along with my reed diffuses so i can always have a nice lavender scent in my room or in other parts of my house, this product did not irritate my skin in any way after i used it along with my argan oil, and coconut oils and it always leaves my skin feeling clean after using it as well.
The Core ingredient is Lavender Oil(100%) and i has many amazing health benefits, like calming headaches, soothing your skin (when used with a carrier oil like coconut,olive, or argan oil. Calming stress,anxiety, and tension. it can also be used to soothe aching joints and muscles when applied topically(with a carrier oil).
Some warnings before you decide to use it though, from my experience.if you plan on using it around your house DO NOT use more than a few drops, as this product is strong so too much of it may cause you to feel sick, or even develop headaches when used in high quantity . Don’t use topically without a carrier oil or it can possible irritate your skin. and for the love of god don’t get it near your eyes! i made a beginners mistake of trying to apply it to my face without using enough of my carrier oil(argan oil at the time) and i swear i could not keep my eyes open for a millisecond without wanting to squeeze them shut because the lavender scent was so strong, you must experiment with a balance between having enough carrier oil or enough of the essential oil. Also if you plan on using it in a room where you sit most often(my bedroom for me) don’t use too much or too often, my sister made the mistake of using like 10 drops around our room like 10 times a day, and after a while my eyes began getting irritated to the point where if they teared up my eyes would start burning, i would be forced to try to dab stray tears away and keep my eyes as dry as possible, and had to resort to using eye drops to soothe the pain. and after about days of only using once a day with a max a 3 drops in a reed diffuser the symptoms vanished, after i was able to go back to using it regularly without having to stop using it altogether (or i would have been sad, because i love the smell of lavender so much, and i was not going to let a life mistake ruin it for me!). So everything is fine now….lesson learned.
I could not find anything that i disliked about this product, other than the fact that the aroma does not tend to last very long (about 15 or so minutes) but that could very well be because i have grown accustomed to the smell, which is understandable.
But overall i like the product and i recommend this for anyone who would like to give it a try or if you want a nice inexpensive alternative to products like febreeze plugins.
The bottle is very lovely yet simple design and i think it does the product justice for its intended use!.

I have to say i was skeptical before trying out this product, i expected the oil to make my skin look shiny/oily after using it but i was genuinely surprised to see that it did not leave my face looking oily at all! i was soo happy because it made my skin feel so soft and on top of using it after toning my face it retained a very nice and healthy glow to my face!, every so often i would find myself rubbing my face because of how amazingly smooth and soft it felt!. As for my hair it managed to keep my hair moisturized after washing it, instead of drying out within a day like most hair moisturizing products usually do, and i did not have to worry about the oils in my hair ruining my pillow cases or blankets. And i was also happy to finally be able to use my lavender and Peppermint oils on my skin without the irritation that usually comes with it, after applying the lavender and coconut oils to my skin it was left with a very nice and soothing feeling for nearly 3 hours after i applied it! -
