Love the different sizes and quality of the pots. I like cooking a batch up on Sundays for the family and it helps to have different sizes for different dishes. Be it salan (curry), rice or daal (lentils). It helps! The smallest of them all can be used to make some great chai (and the milk doesn't burn the bottom!).    -
