It's great for frying as it's non-stick. I really like the wood details on the handles and functional which offers a good grip. The glass lid is convenient to have and it has a good seal. My food did not stick at all and it was very easy to clean. This large size cooker is great for making meals for a family because of it's size. I absolutely enjoyed using this cast iron cooker. -
