I take three to four scoops of Magsmart every day for my IBS constipation for the last ten years. It's the only natural solution I have found that works. It also prevents the muscle tremors I used to get because I didn't low I was so low in magnesium. There are a lot of magnesium products but Lorna's magnesium bisglycinate is the most absorbed by the body. The others say "high absorption" but are a waste of money. You can read all about it at hormonehelp.com. Both the lemon/lime and raspberry flavours are good. -

I have been using Lorna's Active Collagen for over eight years and have no wrinkles yet - I turn 48 this year. Even eating healthy (no alcohol ever), avoiding the sun (I take extra Vit. D) and exercising is no guarantee. I take Active Collagen every day and I think that is the secret to my youthful look. Aging is inevitable, but I want to delay it for as long as possible. There is also an added bonus of better bones and hair. Everyone needs to use her collagen products. Shop around - I wait for sales and stock up. -

Everyone loved the mango peach flavour. It tasted more like mango and apple to me, and I would have liked more peach, but it's still good and I would buy it again for travel, work, and school. Texture is smooth, not too gritty and not too sweet (sugars are 11 grams) and has some fiber (2 grams). Motts gets a bonus star for using vegetable juice for colour (no fake food dyes). If Motts took out the maltodextrin, it would be perfect. Note: I received Motts Fruitsations for free for my independent review. #gotitfree -

Still too sweet and a little too salty - they could cut back on both and it would be perfect. The taste is a good balance of peanut butter to chocolate. Chewy texture and filling.

10 grams of protein, 8 grams of fiber, but 10 grams of sugar. It's better than a candy bar but still has too much sugar. It is a little too sweet and too salty (190 mg sodium). On the plus side, it had a good amount of chocolate and nuts and is satisfying. It has a good chewy texture and fills you up (no time for lunch so I ate two). This would be good to have in your desk drawer at work, in the car, or in your purse/computer bag. -

I tried it without putting moisturizer on first. It was just a little too dry for me. My second attempt with moisturizer was better. I needed just a little extra for this to feel right for my skin. The tinted primer goes on very sheer and I did not need to use more than a dime size amount. It dries quickly and feels light. I'm very pale and it blended just right on my face and neck - no visible colour line. I was able to use my concealer normally afterward. It's perfect for someone who doesn't need foundation and wants just a hint of sheer coverage. -

It's an average hand cream. The ingredient listing shows the Q10 to be 13th on the list. Nivea needs to reduce the fillers and add more Q10 to make it at least third or fourth in the list. It absorbs well but after two weeks I did not see any difference to my hands than if I had used my regular hand cream. I also do not like all the perfume that Nivea puts in their products. This hand cream scent is too strong and overpowers. Nivea needs to make fragrance free products. Note: I got the Nivea Q10 hand cream for free to test. -

It's just another moisturizer. I did not notice any difference to the elasticity or firmness of my skin (despite the advertisement on the bottle that promised results in two weeks). I notice the Q10 is the seventh ingredient after water and all the alcohols - I think the results would be better if the Q10 was third or fourth on the list. The body lotion is also very strong smelling. The perfume is too much and doesn't go away until half a day later. I really wish Nivea would make a fragrance free version of their products. I got this for free to test. -

After reading the claims on the box, I had high hopes for Nivea's body firming oil but was disappointed. I liked was that it moisturizes well and that it has some healthy ingredients like avocado oil, ubiquinone (q10) and cotton seed oil. I didn't like the lack of firming and I saw no reduction of my hip stretch marks. (Perhaps it takes more than two weeks to see any difference.) I also really wish that Nivea would make a fragrance free version. I found the perfume/scent to be overpowering. Note: I got this product for free to test. -
