I've been in the stages of perimenopause for awhile constantly having hot flashes stressed, not sleeping well due to always having hot flashes. I didnt know what to do didn't know there was a vitamin for this started taking this vitamin and it's truely amazing starting using it wasn't having my bad night flashes was able to sleep well. All things in this vitamin that says it helps truely did help alot. I will be buying this product for sure. Thanks you for this wonderful opportunity and very help vitamin truely recommend for any women out there to try it.
