I just posted a huge review of this palette on my blog with 6 different eye looks. Here is an excerpt of some tips on how to use it:
In the palette you are, as true to the usual Too Faced style, given a heck of a ton of browns. However, in addition to this you actually get a pretty nice selection of pinks, orangey coppers, greens and purples, therefore the eye looks that you can create with this palette are actually pretty diverse (as they should be for a palette that has 30 shadows).
My final thoughts on this palette
-It has quite a few different light shades for setting your eye primer. Because you have a few different shades from different colour families they will provide a good base for whatever look you are creating.
-I would advise using the shimmers wet. They were fine dry, but just fine. Using them wet definitely amped up the intensity for most of them.
-When following the glamour guide, I would suggest throwing in a few more transition shades even if it doesn't instruct you to do so. Use paler mid tone shades, and intensify as you go. You will end up with a more natural, professional eyeshadow look.
-Tap off your brush with all the shades, especially the shades on the fair right vertical row. The eyeshadow formula that Too Faced uses is very powdery (or crazy glittery like that last vertical row), and that's ok, but you should use precautions. These include tapping off your brush after dipping into the shadow, doing your eye makeup before your face makeup, or applying a generous amount of translucent powder to your under eye that you can then swipe away after you are done your eyes.
Overall, I really do like this palette and I do believe that it was worth the money. You can get a lot of versatile looks out of it. While some of the instructions and the pictures in the look book may be a bit misleading/not the best information you could have, the looks still turned out pretty damn good.

This highlighter never fades, and I am continually surprised when I look in the mirror at the end of the day and it is just as blinding as it was upon application. It is on the thicker side, yet it absorbs incredibly quickly, leaving no residue at all. For me, creams that don't absorb quickly are a total no no. So the fact that this very thick and moisturizing cream can absorb quickly is frankly, a miracle! I know it seems expensive but you get a big tub of it. -

Within an hour I could feel my lips starting to dry out and peeling. If you're going to make your items expensive, at least make them pigmented, or actually moisturizing. Not a crappy attempt at both. -

I bought a small version of the mattifying primer for the purpose of using on my nose. My nose is where I get the most oily, which would make the mattifying primer come in handy. Unfortunately, this primer made my foundation break up on my nose within hours, so I returned it. How unlucky! -

This perfume is the best thing I have ever smelled in my whole life. It is the epitome of intoxicating. However, the scent only ever lasted on me for 20 minutes at a time. This is so incredibly disappointing. If this scent came in a rollerball then I would at least be able to reapply when I am out and about, but it only comes in bottle format. I returned because it wasn't worth the money for something that lasts only 20 minutes. I am so desperately sad because this is the scent of my life!!!! -

This primer does nothing to control shine. I only use it on my nose, which is the only area where I get shiny/oily and I am just that in less than an hour of makeup application. However, this primer does fill in my pores and it doesn't break up my foundation, so minor wins there. -
