I tried this while out visiting one day. The smell made my stomach lurch... Not sure why my nose took such an offense.. Anyhow, I also found it to be a little too greasy for my liking so will not be using this particular scent and kind again.

This lotion cost me $5.72 plus tax at the place I shop. I'm on my third bottle and have been using it since Spring of 2014. I like the cool-calm smell and it is really soothing on my legs after they are shaved. My hands, feet and elbows love the lotion as well. It's been two winters since I've had cracked hands and I owe it fully to St. Ives Skin Renewing Collagen Elastin Body Lotion.
I use a few different lotions throughout the year, based on what I feel like smelling like, what part of my body is being basted and how dry my skin is at any given hour. This particular product is my go-to after shower lotion as I find it is the only one that doesn't make my skin sting when applied directly after shaving.
A quick note though: I think pushing the pump all the way down is a bad idea. That's how a gal gets herself greasy and poor overall coverage. Just pump a small dot on top of your hand. Rub that in to soften your hands. You will feel, as the bottle promises - that it does absorb super fast and skin feels instantly smoother. Once my hands are ready, I then massage in a half pump per leg. A quarter pump covers my entire torso and a final quarter pump to get my arms and neck. I love this product and will be buying it once again when this bottle runs out.

A pack of 4 bars are $3.74 plus tax at the store I usually shop. I normally use a body wash, but the price for the bars is well worth it for a stick of nice soap to take on the road. This is the best soap for camping. Since it doesn't have a sharp perfume, it doesn't draw the bugs - so, it still makes a gal feel pretty. The Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar has a very slight sterile scent - just like the body wash version that leaves your skin smell like a clean surgeons hands. It lathers up nicely and stays lathered as I'm rinsing my face. Other bars I've tried, the lather will dry up and absorb into my pores before I have the chance to rinse the soap scum off. Dove makes my face and body feel firm and clean. I will keep buying bars to travel with me in my go bag! -

I just started taking care of my oral hygiene a year ago. The GUM Professional Clean Extra Strong strength were recommended by the hygienist that worked with my mouth. It is what I've stuck with ever since. The cost is perfect, I pay 2/$5 for 90-count packs..so that really gets me 180 floss sticks - which works out to 6-months worth of oral care!
It's so much easier to use one of these sticks instead of wrapping floss around my fingers. Several finger tips on my hands have permanent nerve damage, which made it even harder for me to use the stringed floss..
I love that these sticks are so easy to handle and they even have a cool minty taste. They are super strong. I am able to floss all of my teeth with one stick.
I totally recommend this product to anyone that flosses or is considering taking up flossing their teeth.

From cover to cover - every page of Chatelaine magazine is interesting, informative and refreshingly unique. At about thirty bucks a year - this magazine is well worth the cost. This is the end of my first year subscribing to Chatelaine and I've noticed that just about every issue didn't have some skinny model on the cover. No. The covers, more often than not - featured a beautiful, affordable and artistically created edible. Meals that look gourmet on the cover - but once you read the recipe, you have the confidence that your hands are qualified to pull of the same stunt.
Every month, I've been learning new recipes, new DIY tools, new health techniques (step-by-step tips, tricks and checks for overall health and wellness that every lady should learn). The magazine also offers unique stories about women we've never heard about - but who have done so much for the community of Canada and for the world. I will for sure renew my subscription and I recommend this magazine to every woman in Canada.

In my opinion, it is better than those two huge giants of "smart phone" technology. The reason: It doesn't need a system update every other day! The battery lasts longer than super expensive smart phones (I've personally owned three Apples and two Blackberry phones over the years).
It's a tough little Android too! I dropped it a few times now and the screen is still in perfect condition. Another awesome quality I love: it supports all the same apps and voice technology that the other smart phones do - and you can arrange where all of your widgets go, right on the phone. If you didn't know- with BB and Apple, you have to sign in to a desktop computer just to change your home screen. Sort of backwards..
If anything happens to this phone - I will for sure buy another of the exact make and model. I totally recommend to everyone that wants a smart phone without the huge cost.

I also love the recipe on the back - but one thing I add is half a cup of quick oats after everything else is mixed. It really makes the perfect cookie. My grocery store just had 1kg tubs on for $3 each. Needless to say: I won't be running out again any time soon. :)

Natrel lactose free milk tastes exactly the same as "regular" milk. After having painful (and smelly) issues for years from drinking dairy milk - I finally made the switch about a year ago to Natrel and was pleasantly surprised! It solved the mystery of why it hurt so bad all those years to drink dairy!
Other lactose-free beverages that I tried before finally discovering Natrel, had the worst taste going down and even more gross of a thick after-taste. Not only does Natrel taste awesome, it also offers the vitamins that I don't get most days. The best part: it costs about the same as dairy milk, so there was no budget adjustment required.
With Natrel, I've been able to go back to drinking a large glass of milk with pasta, or poured over cereal or cooked and baked with in meals and treats. I definitely recommend this milk to anyone who is searching for a dairy alternative.

I bought my Jamieson Vitamin B100 Complex in the 90+30 Bonus bottle. It lasted me just about four months, now that my first bottle is nearly empty; I've been watching for deals. At $15.97 as the regular price for this product, it works out to be .13c per caplet. Highly worth it when you read about their amazing super power...
The really awesome super power that I learned about:
Taking the Jamieson B100 Complex will actually help repair and prevent chapped corners of the mouth, lips and hands. I take a lot of medication and some of them really dry me out. The corners of my mouth were cracked and so painful that I considered simply not taking my meds anymore. That's how much it hurt. Thankfully, my specialist suggested that I get these exact vitamins. I rushed out and got them and started taking them the same night. Within just three evenings, my lips were healed! Like I said, I've been using this bottle daily for about four months now - and my lips haven't cracked ever since!
Another great part about these caplets is I am able to take them with my night lunch and all of my bedtime meds. Other brands and multivitamin packs suggest to take a couple hours before or after others meds.. But, I take meds four times a day - so it's nearly impossible to follow through with that order.
The honest downside: The B100 Complex are a large caplet. The best way to swallow it down is with milk. Silver lining: If swallowing large caplets doesn't work for you - Jamieson did just release a new chewable form (which I intend to try, so stay tuned for that review).
Slightly embarrassing tip: Take your vitamin with food. If you don't, you will notice that your urine is a bright weird color. Not to worry though, it's totally normal. :)
