They are the perfect balance of nuttiness and sweetness, crunchiness and chewiness. They balance great nutrution and energy with great taste better than any bar I've ever tried. The almond sea salt and dark chocolate flavored ones were very tasty with just the right texture and crunchiness to chewyness but a bit sweet for my taste. As far as "power" goes... These protein bars outperformed nature valley protein bars judging by the energy it gave me and the steady release of energy versus a fast burst that tapers off that I get from the nature valley bars. -

My parents bought me the crosswave for Christmas. I was totally excited because I had been researching the crosswave for a few weeks and I really wanted it. I have severe musculoskeletal chronic pain from a genetic disease called Ehlers Danlos syndrome. I am in agony after using a regular vacuum cleaner for less than 5 minutes so I was curious how long it would take before my Ehlers Danlos syndrome took over and how bad it was going to get.
Well I unpacked it and set it up. I filled the tank with cleaning solution and water and I was ready to go. I cleaned all the hard floors and my area rugs in one session and I was NOT in terrible discomfort. The crosswave cleans the floor better than any other method I know of and I have tried it all. Steam mops, spin mops, microfiber strip mops, sponge mops, string mops and even a scrub brush and microfiber cloth on my hands and knees. Nothing even comes close to the Bissell Crosswave floor cleaner. Truly the best purchase of my life. Saving me time, money on housekeeping services and energy and its easy to push and manouver. No more backache after 5 minutes of cleaning. Love
