I used to take ultra cranberry supplements all the time as I used to frequently get it's. This was before I was diagnosed as a type two diabetic. Now that I'm in remission, I rarely take them however, I really should continue! My whole household caught covid except for me! I wonder if it has something to do with these supplements? Perhaps due to vitamin c? Who knows but a healthy supplement to keep in my regiment. -
Sarna Bug Bite Patches
I didn't not find these patches very useful. There was a slight diminishing of itchiness but overall, not that much when you take a shower, they come off anyways so you'd have to change it every day and that's pricey

Pleasantly surprised how well this works! My eczema is always bad in winter and clears in sunshine. This stuff however has markedly improved my eczema after only three to four days! I am mighty impressed!

I unfortunately seem to have a reaction to niacinamide! First try, way too much! I had to wash it off cause my skin started heating up and burning fast! Next subsequent tries, I only put the smallest amount (which was much better!) but still had a reaction to it. I would still encourage others to try it because this stuff consistency wise, feels great!

Out of all the panoxyl products I've tried this one is the one I forget the most. It's not because I am not a morning person, it's just that the spf in it does fee pasty on my skin and I work from home so I don't really go outside. It's only because of the SPF that makes this cream a bit tougher to get all over I feel like. It's not horrible and I will continue to try it
