My husband on the other hand said he was still starving after one. So maybe he should have had 2? He's a big guys mind you so that's probably what he should have done. I had the vanilla and it was a smooth, nice flavour. My husband had the strawberry and he said they were okay. -

Which was funny because I had mentioned it first to my husband after I had washed my face with it and he had thought it odd too because that's the slight odor he had smelt.
