I love Vicks VapoRub -- it always helps me breathe a lot better when going to sleep at night's if I am feeling a bit stuffy, and when we have colds, it is used by all members of our family, we rub a bit under our noses, on our throats and chest and it really aids in a better night's rest! My mom always used it with us, so it is a product I have been using and loving for years!    -
