In an effort to stay hydrated I find new ways to drink my fill of water. Sometimes it's not easy. Wyler's Light allows me to drink water, add yummy flavors and have no added calories. Each packet is suitable for a 16oz bottle of water. When I want I little less sweetness I only use half a packet. The taste is great and I'm able to drink twice the amount of water I would ordinarily drink. At $1 a box, containing 10 packets, it's a steal! -
