I LOVE LOVE LOVE this eyeliner. It really does have the glimmer! I put it on every morning and everyone asks me what i did to my eye and I always tell them to product. It also stays on your eye all the time and not only that but you dont even have to sharpen it all the time, its soft and perfect, and you just twist it.
Also it does get blended or anything. It doesnt pour off. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT
