We use this product anytime our baby starts showing a sign of diaper rash we use the regular diaper cream at every change, but if she’s showing some redness, we dry her off and put this on and within 24 hours, it helps keep her dry enough to heal! It’s also great for chapped cheeks from drooling!    -
