I love this! It's definitely not the healthiest but it sure is delicious! It has a great balance of flavour and isn't too sweet! A little expensive but definitely a great treat!

I have gotten cold sores at least twice a year since I was a little kid! I get them from lack of sleep, stress or anxiety! They have always been incredibly painful and long lasting. These patches have been a god send! They relieve pain, they cover the redness and prevent the sore from becoming scab-like. They end up healing much quicker also and I don't have to worry about irritating them! My only negative would be the cost. They are fairly expensive but since they work so well, I wouldn't hesitate to pay. -
