I recently purchased the Garnier Belle Color dye in Blue Black and was skeptical at first due to it being the cheapest option, but I must say I am pleasantly surprised by and pleased with this product. It didn't stain my skin AT ALL even though I tend to get messy with applying dye, and it covered all my greys and faded out previous dye 100%! The rinse process was quick and easy and the conditioner included made my hair wonderfully soft. I absolutely recommend this product, and it will be my go-to product from now on.
