It is easy to swallow. It works great on sleep. Child sleep has improved, he use not fall asleep around midnight, now he falls asleep at 1030 to 11. It great for muscles too.

It is funny at times trying to say the correct movie without goofing up. Great for most of the family but especially friends of the same age. Hope to see this game in store soon.
