My ends were almost fried but with the therapy and specially applying this gliding oil every day. Their appearance is completely different. I will buy in the future and continue using it. I just use a small amount with dam hair twice a week and on dry hair when I do not wash my hair. Love it. I just make sure to put first a small amount on my hand, rubb it and then apply it. -
