The mascara itself is incredible. It's long lasting, it's durable, and it looks great. The product arrived at my home late (which is why this review is a little late), so I only had three days to try it, but it held up well. The first day I was wearing it, I had to fill 100 water balloons, most of which were exploding on me. The mascara ran a little, but I had no raccoon eyes, and it still looked great. Day two got caught in the pouring rain, no issues.
If I'm being honest, it's the best mascara I've ever bought. Unfortunately, after receiving the product and doing some research, I learned that not only is Lancôme NOT cruelty-free, but they really couldn't care less about it based on how blatant it is that they do animal testing.
For that reason alone, I will not be buying the product again. Which is unfortunate, because it would have been my new go-to mascara.

First, I love the smell of it. It smells like something that would be used in the salon. Even my husband noticed and kept telling me how much he loved the smell of it! It was a little strange at first, as it doesn't leave the same heavily conditioned, ultra silky feeling my usual conditioner does. I was concerned when I went to use my comb, but it still went through just like butter!
The first day I used it we (my husband and I) noticed results right away. My hair is currently bleached and toned and had been getting that golden/coppery look to it. One day of the shampoo/conditioner, and it was back to the nice, soft, cool blonde.
Within a couple of days, my hair was noticeably stronger. I have incredibly oily hair at the roots, and by the third day I noticed more even moisture throughout my hair. My roots weren't as oily and the ends weren't as dry.
I've been using it for just over a week now, and my only complaint is it has continued to dry out my hair further. Not to a point to be concerned, but I will recommend anyone with hair similar to mine use a hydrating shampoo/conditioner every few days to keep your hair nice and hydrated.
Super huge points--it has helped strengthen and rejuvenate my hair greatly. In just one week my hair is noticeably thicker--there is more strength to it and it naturally has more volume with minimal work. I will be buying this and using it regularly with my usual shampoo/conditioner.

First, I love the smell and feel of it. It foams well when washing, and smells like something that would be used in the salon. Even my husband noticed and kept telling me how much he loved the smell of it!
The first day I used it we noticed results right away. My hair is currently bleached and toned and had been getting that golden/coppery look to it. One day of the shampoo/conditioner, and it was back to the nice, soft, cool blonde.

Since I #gotitfree, I decided to put the mousse through the ringer to see how well it would hold up in even the worst situations. I can easily put ringlets in my hair by scrunching it while wet, which I usually do with mousse. Used the got2b on a crazy hot day where I would be doing a lot of yard work (and sweating a lot). The mousse held up insanely well. Ringlets were still nice and firm by the end of the day, even after getting soaked.
Cons:
The reason I gave this a 3 star in quality was because there was a lot of liquid that came out and not as much mousse. Not sure if this is typical with the product, but with all the liquid, it dried incredibly crunchy in my hair. Not that I mind horribly, but it did give it a very fake/wet and oily look to my hair even when it was dry.
Other than that one issue, definitely liked it a lot.

My test for hairspray is whether or not it can endure crazy wind, heat, and activity. Used it to hold a style in place on a day I knew would be warm, with lots of rain. Held up great throughout the day--my hair looked the exact same at the end of my work day as it did when I first styled it. Drove home with the windows down and crazy wind--my hair was STILL the same. Wore my hair down and tousled and used a minimal amount of spray.
The spray itself felt great--my hair felt awesome and light, not weighed down, and it had a nice smell to it so I didn't walk around with that typical 'hairspray' smell all day. The size of the bottle is perfect, especially given how affordable it is.
Overall, I was impressed!

Due to having an incredibly oily complexion, it can be rather difficult for me to find liquid foundation that doesn't result in me shining like a lighthouse beacon within an hour. I tend to stay away from liquid foundation because of it. I tried it on a recommendation from a Facebook make-up group, and have been blown away. Hours later, no shine. It feels light on my face, almost like I'm not wearing foundation, and gives a flawless, picture-perfect look. Will definitely be buying this again. -
