I love nail polish. I recently discovered Zoya nail polish and let me tell you it's worth the price. The nail polish lasts longer than drugstore brands and the colour selection is also amazing. I hate changing my nail polish colour every 3 days because it chips and Zoya nail polish lasts for at least a week. I usually don't like to pay more than $5 for nail polish but I bought 3 for $9 each and it was one of the best purchases I made this year. The colour featured is Dillon. -

I am not a huge fan of water, but I know we have to drink it. I do however love iced tea. I have always been a fan of Snapple but I find the Iced Tea in the glass bottles to be too sweet. These single packets come in a box of 6 and I can add them into a bottle of water any where at any time. Because they are diet they aren't sweet and we can always dilute it with more water or make it sweeter with less water. I buy these 5 boxes at the time because I drink about 2 a day. Love it. The price is usually under $3 per box. -

After using this product I am a huge Be a Bombshell Cosmetics fan. The One Stick is my one stop shopping for my lips. It is a solid stick that both moisturizes and gives colour to your lips. It can also be used on skin, cheeks and eyes. I have yet to do it, but the product is not a gloss, it's not greasy so it can very well be used on eyes and checks. It costs $16 and the colour selection is great. I have it in Southern Belle and I absolutely love it. -

I am not a morning person. I will do anything to get 15 minutes extra sleep and that includes skipping breakfast. But skipping breakfast leads to snacking and binge eating - that's not good. I am a huge Kellogg's fan so when they came out with their protein morning shakes I just had to try them and I'm glad I did. It costs $7.99 for 4 shakes and $5.99 if you can get them on sale. Having a shake fills my belly until I get to work and can eat a proper breakfast. I love it and they taste great. I have tried a ton of other shakes and they taste like chalk. I also don't want to mix, shake or prepare anything in the morning. These pre-made shakes taste like chocolate milk and they are a grab and go item that is full of protein. Awesome. I have one every morning. -

This is a relaxation mat that uses ancient Indian acupuncture techniques. Laying on the mat helps decompress anxiety, lower stress, increase circulation and even clear complexions and lose weight. The mat costs $50, its available on their website and at Bed, Bath & Beyond. I have lower back issues and when I lay on my mat for 20 minutes after a workout it really relieves the tension in my back. I also lay on this mat when I can't sleep and it helps me relax so I can calm down and fall asleep. I am not going to lie, it hurts like hell the first few times but your body gets used to it and it is truly beneficial for both my physical and mental well being. -
