I've been meaning to write you but everytime I think about it I end up getting distracted by something else! Anyways, how are you? I haven't talked to you in a while now. I hope everything is going well. Can you believe Summer is coming up again? It has almost been a year since I met you! Crazy how time flies.

You know what? I did fill out the questionnaire. I filled it out twice hoping for some samples but they never sent anything to me. At the end of the questionnaire they just suggest what I should try. That's helpful but it would be great to try some samples before buying. I've so been keeping an eye out for them in stores. I'm too poor to pay shipping right now. lol I'll probably be poor until I pay off my student loan. Anways, let me know if you know any places that sells it.

Your husband is getting lots of outside work wow!How do you feel about him being gone for so long?Im guessing your loving it hahaha...Hey did he ever get his tooth fixed?lol...Dont worry about your Lilacs there are so many here and every winter is so cold and so much snow and they always come back as pretty as ever...The lilies you were smart to dig up keep them in a brown paper bag were its dark and cool....BTW my Aloe finally is completely gone...I was keeping all the stems cutting out the rotted ends out.I scoped all the aloe out and mixed it with ground oatmeal,lavender oil,mashed bananas and benonite clay and keep that in my fridge.I apply that on my face in the shower omg your skin feels so soft afterwards...Since you have so many Aloe plants you should try making some face masks you can add to so many different things from the kitchen and its good for the skin.Have a nice day Takoda

Hi Takoda :) Sorry I haven't replied sooner but my son was down he just left this morning.The flight coming in was a 50/50 chance of landing because of the snow but he made it!Flying out this morning was a nice sunny day for him.It was sad to see him go we had a terrific visit..So now Im spending the rest of the day checking my email etc and now going to tidy up.Have a great day!

Hi Takoda:I haven't seen my son in just over a year so Im looking forward to the visit.Its just so expensive to fly from Calgary to here and fly from here to Calgary.My airport is the second hardest airport to fly into in North America I once read.Its a beautiful descent however because the plane lands between the mountains so beautiful flying through the mountains is so beautiful.He will love his flight.Although we were scared as Air Canada was threatening going on strike!Its been resolved for now.

I think I have perfected my perogies from years of trying lol or so my son says he absolutely loves them.As for secrets I put sour cream into my dough which makes it a nice soft dough...My sons fave is potato and cheddar.I dont grate the cheese I cut them more into a very small dice that way there are nice little chunks of gooey cheddar you bite into...Also when shaping the perogies most people make them look like a half moon well I tuck in the sides.The best way to describe how it looks like is they look like little discs when tucked in very cute..I am from a Russian background/my boyfriend Ukrainen so I mix a little of my ideas with ideas his mom had taught me.His mom was a amazing cook I miss her since shes passed away.

Hi Takoda: Glad things are getting better for you!Good to hear your mother in law is on the mend as well....Things are good still lots of snow and cold hopefully spring will get here soon!My son is coming for a visit in a few weeks from Calgary so I'm looking forward to that.I need to go out and buy stuff for perogies he loves my homemade perogies so I'm going to make a big batch of those and freeze them so there ready for when he visits. Other then that not much else going on Ive been away I was house/farm sitting it was so nice and relaxing and I love having the chance to throw on a pair of gum boots and be a farmer lol.Hope you have a nice evening.
