I've never been to that area of England except London briefly just enough time before traveling south I went on the London Eye in London that was pretty cool!You would absolutely love it there when your descending into London its unreal seeing all the thatched roofs like your arriving in a different world.Its nice when your in England because its just such a short flight to many other spots.I went to Ireland for a few days(Dublin) and its quite the city!Pubs! Pubs! and more Pubs lol...Your family history sounds fascinating..I am from Russian and British decent its interesting to the find out your family history.Have a nice day.

Good Morning Takoda thanks for your message......I took that picture of the snow outside yesterday!Its still coming down....I moved from Vancouver were there was barely any snow and I've now moved into the Kootneys of BC so I am trying to get use to the snow...My son lives in Alberta he gets lots of snow there as well.Have a wonderful day!The snow if anything is very pretty but I do prefer the warmer weather as well.

Hi Takoda, I noticed your correspondence with AlexJC and had a suggestion for your male family members.

They can join as 'Dudes' (they won't be called a Chick - no worries!) and after the contest is done, they can cancel their membership anytime by simply shooting us an email.

They wouldn't be the first men on our site (not by a long shot!) and hey - the more the merrier!

I must confess, they're the Sally nail decals. They were a pain to take off with nail polish remover though. The candy cane idea is nice, I did it last year. I suggest painting your nails red and using a thin precision nail polish in white painting the stripes :)
