Hi Takoda! Good morning! So on Friday after work I went to straight to
Wal-Mart and got the witch hazel :D. I've used it twice so far because I
traveled to the States for the long weekend so I didn't want to bring
it along with me. I hope it will have some effect on me because I swear I
get those bumps that you've mentioned on your face. They're kind of
like pimples but it's always there and they don't pop or anything...just
bumps underneath my skin.

Whoaa really? That is pretty amazing. Yea I never really knew what witch hazel did until I was doing research for the toners' article. After reading it I've been wanting to get it but I have no clue where they sold it?!? I looked on well.ca but they're all pretty pricey and it wasn't the Dickinson brand. Since you got it, can you tell me where you got it from? I'm really impressed that it worked well for you and you have only started using it too so imagine how great your skin will be in the long run! I'm just really glad the post was helpful :)

Anyways, how are you doing? Any plans for the long weekend? It's been raining all week in Toronto and it's pretty humid and yucky feeling. Ali's due date is supposed to be today but I guess these things are never on time. I'm so excited for them!

Hey takoda! I'm doing well, how are you?
I wanted to let you know that my sunburn is almost gone! The epsom salts REALLY helped! I didn't realize that I had a huge bucket of it lying around the house, and decided to give it a shot.
Well to be honest, I'm not sure if it was epsom salt, but they were these bath salts that had a nice lavender smell to it, and I could see my skin bits peeling around in the tub ( too much information? sorry! )
Not only did it help with the sunburn, but I think my skin feels a lot softer than it has in years!
Your mom must have been the epitome of health (I hope I'm using that word in context!), I can't go by a single day without popping a a bag of skittles into my mouth, or chugging down my coffee. She must have had some superhuman will power!

WOW Takoda. I didn't even want to tan in the first place, but all my friends were telling me I look like an unhealthy ghost hence why I went to the beach. Now I know I have a good reason for not actively tanning out in the sun - Anti-Aging skin care at its best.
Your mother must take amazing care of herself and I am sure you look great as well! :)

Just wanted to let you know, lesson learned about sunscreen & the beach!
Also, I tried using Aloe lotion again, and I could still feel the heat in my legs! I'll let you know when I use Epsom salt, thanks for the advice!

and OUCH to the blisters!!! You've scared me into never walking outside again! Just kidding, but I'm buying myself a big tub of sun screen today at lunch. Any recommendations?
I didn't get as bad of a condition as you, the skin is only starting to peel now. phew! but I can still feel the heat mulling around right underneath the surface, bleh. I'm definitely listening to you next time I go tanning.

P.S Please don't kick my butt. God knows how burnt that area is too. :P.

Hey takoda I took a look at the tips nail file and the first picture that comes up is the file :) You definitely added the picture right but I guess it took a while for the internet to refresh. Anywho, the picture that shows up for the review is the actual file. Great tool though I didn't know they make something like that. I always want my nails to be straight across and I like how it catches all the stuff from the file. Thanks a lot for the review I'm going to see if I can get one too :D. Btw, do you know if that is sold in store or is it just on that website?
