This lip balm is amazing. It cost me about $9 CDN at Ogilvy's in Montreal.. and has been worth every penny.
It keeps moisture in, heals really chapped and cracked lips overnight, and doesn't have any harsh or irritating smells/flavours.
Plus, it provides some sun protection.
I used to use Burt's Bees religiously, but I've been hooked by Kiehl's now. LOVE IT.

Ok, so having worked at Booster Juice for quite some time, my review is kind of biased.
HOWEVER, I have a really thorough knowledge of all the recipes and boosters, so here are my ratings:
The smoothies - Excellent. High quality fruit, very little added sugar (in the frozen yogurt or sorbet), and large portion sizes. Also, Booster Juice features Acai (a Brazilian berry that's slowly becoming more popular in Canada for it's antioxidant benefits), which is hard to find elsewhere.
The cost - A little bit expensive, but you pay for quality.
The boosters - Nutritional supplements that could be better described on the menu boards. Certain boosters aren't recommended for people with existing conditions, etc, so as with any supplement, you should check with a doctor before you start taking them. ALSO, the dose of many boosters is below levels that are effective, so don't be looking for a miracle.
Personal favourites: Sonic soy, Brazilian Thunder.

I use Spectro Jel fragrance free cleanser for sensitive and problem prone skin. It's alcohol and soap free, which means it won't dry out your face like many other cleansers will. I have combination skin that's also oily and prone to breakouts, so I used to use it in conjunction with Clean & Clear invisible acne treatment gel. About six weeks ago, I ran out and have been using Spectro Jel on it's own. It's been working really well! In fact, my skin looks better than it did when I was using an actual "acne" product. I've been using Spectro Jel twice a day, in the morning while I shower and at night before bed. It claims that it can be used as a makeup remover, but I always remove at least my eye makeup before using it.
The verdict: It works well for me, but everyone's skin is different and has different needs. However, if your skin is sensitive and you need a gentle but effective cleanser, I recommend giving Spectro Jel a try.
