I received the colour Nocturne it up. It’s the perfect colour for fall since it’s dark but it’s all sparkly. It also lasted longer than typical polish manicures. I think it started to chip after about four days. I received a lot of compliments... +

Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
My stomach is usually sensitive to Whey protein but I don't find this shake bothered my stomach at all. It was a quick snack that I could have before my workout so that I wouldn't feel so full but not hungry either.

Premier Protein Chocolate Shake
I would probably get this shake in a different flavour. It's great to have in the morning when you haven't had time to make breakfast. It'll keep you full for a couple of hours till you can have a solid meal.

Good & Simple Blueberry Oatmeal Bars
I do love these muffins but I prefer the banana flavour. Something about the after taste just didn’t do it for me. I also loved the cranberry, orange, and flax bars. They were so soft and moist. Go for those instead.

Good & Simple Banana Bran Muffins
I really liked the flavour of these muffins. If you are looking for a quick snack to have to get you through till when you can eat something heavy it’s great. I love anything banana so maybe i’m biased.

Mott's Mr & Mrs T Blue Raspberry Martini Cocktail Mix
This was great in my martini shaker with ice and iceberg vodka. I like the combo of sweet and sour taste that it has. My girlfriends and I finished half of the bottle. Lol. Was also really good mixed in with the Strawberry Daquiri mix!

So I mixed this cocktail mix with pineapple juice and Appleton rum and it went down really smooth. The flavour was great and was so easy to make. So good!
