Dorothy Kizoff is a true professional when it comes to permanent make up. She should know what she's doing, she's been doing her great work for 20 years! When I wanted to get my permanent make up done, I asked around and it was her name that kept come up! The eyeliner looks great and I constantly get compliments about it. Thanks Dorothy!
