I really like Illy's Coffee & Espresso beans! It can be very strong & pretty pricey but worth the price! I love the taste and strength of the coffee. I would highly recommend buying a tin and trying it out before you decide to go ham in the aisle... +

I really like MyFitnessPal for tracking my macros! it has been incredibly useful when I am trying to lose weight or maintain my muscle mass. I really like that you can see the breakdown of percentage when you add in your meals.
