Winners is definitely hit and miss, but when it hits, it's out of the park. I once found Fidelity skinny jeans for $34.99...yes, I said $34.99.
They also have a lot of great salon hair products. I frequently find L'Oreal Professionale products there for great prices, like $39.99 for a 1.5L bottle of Absolut Repair shampoo and conditioner; they also consistently have CHI Silk Infusion in stock much cheaper than even my stylist told me his salon buys it for from their vendor!
I also have good luck in the shoe department. Winners may not have as aggressive pricing as its American cousins T.J. Maxx or Marshalls (not Canadian Marshalls!) but it's not bad.

It has a good range of colours and very good coverage for a lightweight liquid foundation. When I wear it my skin looks flawless...in fact, I may go back to it now that I think about it!

Pur Minerals Foundation
I started using this 2 years ago when the whole mineral makeup thing exploded...I chose to use Pur Minerals over other mineral makeups because it was matte, the colours were yellow enough to be believable and it wasn't messy. I still end up back... +
I started using this 2 years ago when the whole mineral makeup thing exploded...I chose to use Pur Minerals over other mineral makeups because it was matte, the colours were yellow enough to be believable and it wasn't messy. I still end up back to it. It does a great job of covering imperfections because of the way the brush distributes the product on your face. It blends and sits well and lasts all day for me, a big deal for me because I have oily, acne-prone skin that scars easily and product usually disappears quickly from my face. It is a bit pricey, and I do find that I have to buy a new compact every 6 weeks but it's a great product. Love the SPF too. -

Garnier Pure Shine Control Moisturizer
Feels fresh, great ingredients, and the PureA Day and Night gels should cost a lot more than they do for the ingredients they contain. They do a great job of preventing breakouts, keeping oil at bay and minimizing large pores.
